Promised to find where mice were coming in. For 2 years, every other month, all they did was pick up traps, put down new ones. I had to point out and ask "Is this a nest?" I ended the relationship after the two years were up. Not worth it.

Very bad customer service on their part. I have spoke to 3 people and have been told 3 different things. Beware of the person coming to your house because they will lie through their teeth to get out of something that needs to be done. I would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!!

We were deceived by Orkin through their Rollin financing. We kept paying but never informed that they cancelled our service when we were paying all along. I contacted them multiple times but no one helped me so our loss, our money down the drain with no termite protection.

The building I lived in a few years ago became greatly infested with both, cockroaches AND, bed bugs. Orkin was who was hired, they did their thing for both bugs, both times, and there was no change I moved out of that building, taking only my clothes, which were brought to a laundromat before coming to the new place

Did not follow thru with our service. Paid 2300. They were to return 10 to 14 days to check for bugs. They did not. I called them back 27 to 28 days because another bug was found. Now I have to pay another company.

Some young man came to my door trying to sell me this pest control which is fine, but I told him I already had an account with another company we used and he bashed the other company and told me I was making a mistake. I get he’s trying to sell this stuff, but I don’t like that he felt the need he could tell me what I was getting was crap.
