Our experience with Aptive has not been a good one. We have no problem with the technician but we were told that 3 months ago that our money will not be taken out but once again we were charged again. We keep getting told this service is our last one but technicians are still coming to our house saying it’s our last one. Don’t understand why they keep taking our money when we canceled our service.

My service on 2/28/2020 was terrible. I didn't see any treatment done per the technician notes. He left after 5 minutes he arrived which to me doesn't sense how he can do all exterior cracks, air vents, exterior foundation and garage, and he never came inside of home. I called him immediately after he left and left a voicemail and he did not call me back. I'll be cancelling my service.

I called several times in December regarding silverfish and bugs inside my house. No one came or called as promised. I told this to the rep who scheduled my last appointment and I was told they would be at my house between 11 and 12. The tech showed up at my sons house (Bryan B) at 11:30 instead of my house. They told the tech they didn't have any bugs on the inside. The tech came to my house at 2 and we weren't home .

STAY AWAY!!! These guys are the worst company I have ever done business with. I could go on all day about everything they have screwed up and then LIED about, but I cannot even get them to return my calls! Once they get your money they are gone and you will never get any feedback/reports on anything they do and they keep trying to charge you for their terrible, TERRIBLE service...save yourself headaches and just go with a real pest control company!

Horrible customer service and deceptive practices. I ordered service for my dad and they refused to cancel after he passed away. Then they added an extra quarter to the contract because I had to postpone an appointment 2 days because he was in the hospital for severe COPD. This month, billed me twice and refused to reverse it so I had to dispute through the bank. Tried to resolve through them several times but they don't care as long as they can keep you in a contract. Bugs also seem worse after they treat. Check their lawsuit before signing but better yet, STAY AWAY FROM UNETHICAL COMPANY!

Scum and Liar! I was not notified about the service because of an error in email that was revealed on their part! Contract says December! I said don't close me out because I didn't authorize this and need notice! He said 30 days! Was charged the next morning! So the rentals I need for the funeral I'm going to.... This tech screwed me in a major way when he could've left! Notes say DO NOT SERVICE IF NOT HOME. This guy should work someplace else! Had 3 referrals lined up for my family in Chicago! Billing and 1 yr contract makes this a no go! Few more months and I'm free of these crooks!

He was late and no phone call to let us know, not courteous, left without telling us to know he was done, did not have us sign off on the job at the end, and DO NOT EVER want him to come back again. I also did not enjoy not having a timeframe when you notified about the appointment via phone and email; causing to have to call back and wait just so we know when to expect.
