I had a service tech come to my house for the initial assessment. He was super nice and explained everything to me. When I asked him if I could request him for all my services, he informed me that the company won’t allow that. The customer has to take whoever comes over. I immediately cancelled my appointment. Why would I want to do business with a company that doesn’t care about client needs? My feeling is that the company is only looking for the all mighty dollar. What a shame! Very disappointing.

When you send a technician-- ANY technician-- and they are coming into my home. I expect them to wear a mask. Not one person that has come from Aptive have worn a mask IN my home. The next time someone comes without a mask, we will end our partnership with Aptive and go back to our previous provider.

Aptive sent someone out for the wrong Service. The technician came out prepared to do quarterly service. Wrong!! Quarterly service was done 3 weeks ago. This call was for a second treatment of a wasp nest in our siding. Technician used the "best stuff he had" and he had never heard of the stuff that was used on the first application aptive did one week ago. Whoever dispatched him dispatched the wrong technician for the wrong job. Wasps are not even mentioned on the report of what was targeted, and yet wasps are THE ONLY thing I was looking for on this trip.

I’m very unhappy with the service. It’s not the technicians fault but I needed the inside to be sprayed inside. The customer service stinks and the product, so far has not worked for us.

I was told service would come on Monday. At 1:15pm, without having a technician arrive yet, I called the office and was told the technician would be at my home at 3:30. At 1:40, I left home to get my son from school. While there, the technician arrived at my house. I had my neighbor tell the technician that I would be home at 2:15, and to please wait so I could let him in the house. The technician did not wait, instead completing the service, and charging me the full amount. I had to call the office and schedule a time when they could come and do the inside.

Your wait time on returning customers is HORRENDOUS. 2 times at 1 1/2 hours and the last time at 20 minutes. First treatment of ants has not worked for a second time. I was scheduled at 3 to 7 and tech awakened me at 8:30 am. Etiquette says no phone calls and certainly not a visit before 9am ( and certainly not 7 hours early. cant stand the constant reminders! Music is awful on the endless waiting on the phone.

I really don't have anything good to say about this company. Overall terrible experience, I'm surprised they are #1 on this list. It makes me think there must be some kickback they are getting. With that said, I continued to see bugs after treatment over and over again. Had the guy come out a few times. The first time he didn't spray the yard. The second time I asked him to spray and he did. They initially told me there is no impact to children but when the guy came he said its best if no one is at home for a few hours. It was all total BS, do not hire them

Never rang the door bell, never went into my back yard, never let me know what he was gonna do. Never called me. When I went outside to check bait boxes they had never been touched in my back yard. When I called to let them know about what happened she said he was gonna come back and he never showed up or called. Not happy with Aptive what so ever!

Today was horrible, technician was here at 1313 and left after 1321. The technician only sprayed the side of my house without hitting the back and front. The guys last time did a parameter spray, dusted the cob webs of the house and said they put some pellets down to reduce the bugs. They were awesome. But recently we have had alot of crickets and other bugs getting in to the house and would like a follow up appointment on Saturday to remedy the issue. Overall we are satisfied with the company and their service but today was definitely a one off.

I cancelled my service because they never were able to get outdoor spiders under control. (i live on a lake) Fortunately I have found a company that can. They sent another service man out and billed my credit card. I called them and was told that they would refund that charge. That was two months ago. They have not, so I called today and was told it was denied. I asked to speak with someone who could tell me why. What I found out is that they absolutely refuse to transfer your call or give you anyones phone number to discuss this with. Terrible way to treat a customer!!

i had them for one year for roaches only. worst company i have ever hired. i still have roaches. You call them several times they dont answer the phone. When they finally send someone to the house for roaches next month i have the same problem. I call in June. I was told i was paid up to date and contract was over, I thanked them and then i receive aletter stating i owe $100. I call them again they want me to pay for two months that i will not be receiving any service. Huh does that make sense. Now i have a letter from an attorney. People be aware. Do not trust these people.

Technician was here for 5 minutes, quickly sprayed and left. Uneven spraying that only covered 3 inches of the exterior and not completely around the house. Sales man and company stated they spray a 3ft x 3ft barrier around the entire house. Agreement also stated that they do a sweep and clean of the exterior house. Webs, spider eggs, and insects still present around doors and on sidings and we’re untouched. Very upset with service. Took photos for record.
