The Legal Shield is very difficult to cancel. Even after the membership was cancelled, you still have to pay, no refund at all. Bad experience!

I love Legal Shield. I have had and used the membership for 13 years and It has saved me thousands of dollars. I would never be without the membership. One particular time I was rushing my brother to the hospital because he couldn't breathe. He was having an allergic reaction. On the way I was pulled over. I convinced the officer to follow me to the emergency room and he still gave me a traffic ticket for 100mph in a 50. A Legal Shield attorney showed up and represented me and the case was dismissed, saving me $600 in fines, 11 points, a suspension and I could have faced 30 days in jail.
