TERRIBLE service. they never give you a direct answer, always try going around the questions. they hook you in, and then all of sudden they start tacking all kinds of fees. ok for a large corporation, but horrible for a small business. STAY AWAY FROM CAYAN

I use to have an account with Cayan. After over 4 years I closed my business. It has been 6 months and the still withdraw money from my account. they have 8 different charges for closing the account and most of these charges are not valid. 3rd grade company third grade customer serivce.
