I went with them since they seemed like a safe company to go with. They've always answered all my questions and the equipment is easy to use. The only thing is that I'd like them not to require me to change my password every few months. That's the only problem I've got with them.

We went with them since they had flexible terms and seemed to the most amenable to small businesses. Whenever I've had to deal with customer support they've been pretty supportive. We did have a bit of a rocky start at first but they were always dependable and pleasant to work with. The equipment is easy to use and very user friendly.

The service and everything came with the program that I got. I manage everything from my computer with the program that they have. Customer service usually fixes anything that goes wrong. The only problem I have is that I have to change passwords all the time.

I only use it for infrequent phone orders, however it does everything that they said it would do. Reasonable pricing. My customer rep (Bethany) is very responsive, honest, and courteous, which is extremely important to me. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this service.

The couple of times that I needed their help, they've been able to remedy the situation rapidly. Normally I use my own computer instead of their equipment and take credit card payments that way. It's very simple to do it, but also very detailed. If I need my transaction history, I can go and get that immediately without having to call them.

I went with them in the first place since they had a good rating and had no monthly fee. I've had no problems with their customer service, and I like that I can check back on what has happened during the week. I have been having some trouble when I try and swipe cards with their equipment but that might be more of an internet service problem.

When I was looking around at similar companies, they were the only ones to be honest about their inner price changes and all of that. Every time I call them, they make me feel like their number one customer and instantly handle everything. Sometimes things don't go as planned of course, but that's normal sometimes. When told that I had to have an update to my machine, I was connected to an agent with whom I spent four---yes, four hours-- and there was no resolution. At one point she "forgot" to call me back and I was waiting for almost an hour as she told me not to use my phone. The following day I called back, spoke with a different agent and the problem was solved within 30 minutes.

I was very pleased with Vistaprint and I actually got Cayan through them. The customer support and equipment are both good, I don't have any complaints about that. The one thing that bothered me a lot were the fees. I had switched to Cayan because the other company was charging me $15 a month if I didn't use the card services. I checked Vistaprint out and I thought they were going to be better about it all. What I didn't realize is that they had annual and monthly fees. They started charging me for those things but never gave me a notice about that. I didn't notice until January 2nd. I got a big shock when they pulled out $119 out of my account. When they did that I didn't have enough money in my bank account. That particular account was where I kept most of my personal savings and business account so I didn't keep a lot of money there. When they took those fees they actually overdrafted me by $30. I got zero notice and it pissed me off. I called them and eventually I went down to my banker to asses the whole situation. She walked me through every charge they ever made and it just didn't made any sense to me. I was told that they would just take a percentage of the credit cards that I processed and that that percentage would be a bit over 5%. Apparently, they were charging me $95 a month. They had done over $1800 worth of charges on the credit cards and stuff. In the end we figured the actual percentage they were taking out was 14%! They just hid that from me. They should just be honest when they sign people up.
