It gives us peace of mind that our dad is safer. However, the first night he slept with the necklace on, he turned over and the alarm went off. It scared him & he couldn’t get back to sleep that night. Now he sleeps with the wrist band and wears the necklace every minute he’s not in bed.

We are disappointed that when you hit the button for help, that the person talking back does not communicate through both the base station and mobile devise at the same time. It's either one or the other. When it was pushed, they communicated on the one further from where my Mom was, therefore not able to hear the person and time is ticking if it was a true emergency. Then later it talked on the one closer to her. Why didn't it talk to the one closest to her to begin with;or better yet, why not communicate to both at same time to unsure she can hear and ensure quicker assistance?

I am concerned about the cell phone coverage. I am not positive that he is able to use the mobile part because of the lack of coverage in his remote small town. It is quality and it works correctly in the house. I have never tested the mobile part. Everybody, besides one rude person, have been extremely helpful and do all they can.

MobileHelp's customer service team is really helpful. One thing I don't like about the device is that the portable unit has a blinking yellow light that bothers me at night and I have to cover it up so I can sleep. I appreciated that they came down on the price for me which was helpful.

It's convenient. I couldn’t set it up on my own because I am computer illiterate. The instructions on the box are okay but if it weren’t for my daughter I would not have been able to do it. I’ve had two false alarms. If I dropped it in the shower I would have a hard time getting to it before they sent someone out.

It is a little expensive but they are helpful getting it set up and the equipment seems to be top quality. I like the option of the necklace or wrist band. It would be nice if you didn’t need an extra mobile carrier and if you could communicate with the operator through the mechanism.

Out of the 3 or 4 companies I emailed, Mobile Help was the only one who responded. It is for my mom. They were responsive to my questions and inquiries. I like the idea of her being able contact if something is wrong.
