I got it for my mother since it gave her option to have something that she could wear at home and also take on the road if she wanted to. About a year and a half ago she fell in her garage and was able to push the button to call for help. They were very prompt to reply to her.

We chose it since it had the fall detection option and could be used at home. The person that wears it hasn't had to use it, but so far they've been very nice. The button is easy to use and they even give you the option of a watch or a pendant to wear it. It gives us peace of mind.

No matter where I take the mobile device, I know I'm covered with mobile help. I have not had to use it, but I've run tests on it and I'm sure it's working alright. I'm glad to have it, it's like having a hospital person right here.

I researched several medical alert systems before i chose MobileHelp. Fortunately I have not needed to use it for a fall or other emergency. So without that experience (which I hope I never have) I don't think I can give it a 5-star rating. However, I feel more secure knowing that I will have help if I need it. (So do my loved ones.) I have been very pleased with the customer service responses to my questions. They've never made me feel as if I should already have known the answer.

I've had it for several years now and thank goodness I haven't had to use it. We've only really pressed the button for testing purposes. We've had to have the equipment upgraded a number of times already just so that it would work properly. That was a big hassle. Still, customer service has been alright so far. I do think that they're overpriced, I'm probably going to switch to a different service to be honest.

I did the research and they met some of the requirements that we had, so I got it for my mother to use. Whenever the alarm went off, I would get a text about it. That was probably the most helpful feature for me since I could follow up with her care giver to see if there was any issue. Recently we had to cancel the service and they were very good at explaining the process. Getting it all done was very easy and we just had to return the equipment and that was that.

It was first recommended by one of my mother's neighbors. We like the number of devices that came with the system, it has been very accommodating. She hasn't had to use it yet but every time we call to test the machine they've been very helpful. She has also accidentally pushed the button. Whenever that happens they respond very quickly too.

My sister is the one that uses it and she has had to press the button on multiple occasions. When she falls she always gets a pretty prompt response. It has worked very well so far, she can use the button in any location. We haven't had any problems with customer service and we're quite satisfied with it all.

I picked them for my mother because they covered her while she was out of my home. It doesn't matter where she goes to, they're always there for her. She has fallen a couple of times already and used it to call for help. They've always been very attentive when she needs help with anything. I do wish it was a little bit cheaper though.

They're one of the few companies that had the mobile thing that works outside and away from the home station. That's why we got it for my mother. I believe she has used it a couple of times when she falls and once she used it because she thought she was having a stroke. The button was helpful on those occasions. When she fell though, instead of using the lock box that we had gotten they went and rang the doorbell. My mom had to drag herself up to the front door to unlock it'Aside from that, I'd like them to make the button easier for an elderly person to wear it.

I read up on it and since it had the GPS thing we went with it. The person that wears it has used it when she slipped on some rocks and went down a little hill. She couldn't get up but she was able to use it to get help. They've always answered when we try to get a hold of them and try to help you out.

They're really the only service I tried. I used it once late in the evening when I was having chest pains. They acted pretty quickly and help showed up right away. I also test it once a month and it has always worked. I never have any problems with it.

I saw it advertised somewhere so I decided to get it. I usually just put the button in my pocket and carry it around wherever I go. Occasionally, the button gets pushed on its own and they call me right away and ask me if I need help. That has been a bit of a problem since I've already had 2 or 3 instances of that happening without me even noticing. Customer service always responds very quickly to that though. They always call me and ask me if I need help.

It was a lot less expensive than what I had. It's simple to use and I can go any place around. I drive, and I can go into town, and it's fine. I'm out here in the country and I'm elderly, so it would be worth a million dollars to me if I needed to use it. I thought they were grand in customer service. They were all polite and truthful.

I was looking online since, you know, I live by myself. I didn't want my family to worry about me all the time so I wanted to have something I could use to get help. They were the ones that contacted me actually. After explaining to me how everything worked I just decided to get it. I received it all not too long ago. I investigated a lot of products, and I liked the idea of what Mobile Help had online; how everything works. That and the price; the pricing was very good, and the equipment seems to be very stable. The device itself is very handy, having the base I can take with me outside. It's small enough that it doesn't bother me to take it outside. I tested it twice and each time it worked very quickly. Two days ago I got out of bed and I fell. I was lucky that I was near a chair that I could use to get up, but I felt comfortable that if I couldn't get up, I'd be able to push the button and get help. The people that I called when I bought it were very prompt and very knowledgeable about the product. They helped me out quite a bit.

I wanted it because they had the ability to help you anywhere in the United States. They cover you anywhere as long as you have the box with you. All you have to do is press the button and they will be there. I use it every day and take it with me wherever I go. I've pressed the little button on my pendant to see if it works and I got a call right away. I was very pleased with that. Though the button on the pendant is a little too high up, that makes it go off very easily. It's just too touchy. They should change that.

I needed something to be safe and they offered everything that I wanted, so I went with them. I've never had to use it, but I have triggered it erroneously. I sat down too hard or fast, so they called me. I had to tell them that it had been an error and they just canceled the alarm. It's a very efficient service.

I've called customer service twice now because I'm planning a trip to another state, and I asked them what I needed to take with me. The first person told me just the cradle for my mobile device charger, and somebody else told me I had to take the base, which is correct.

Since I drive all over Florida on my own I wanted to have some extra security. I like that when I push the button to call them, somebody is there to answer me, even if it does take them a couple of minutes to come on. When I used it while I was up north, it only took them 60 seconds to respond to me.
