I can go anywhere with this one, and I couldn't do that with the other one I had. I think the company is really good. It saves a lot of people's lives if they have it in their home. It gets me help when I need it real quick. For anybody that that can't stay up on their feet very long, or they fall a lot: please get it, because that is the best thing they could have in their home.

The concept is good, however, the nuisance factor having to either attach the transponder unit to my belt or find a pocket for it is a big negative. I am currently looking at the alternatives. The John Walsh idea is interesting me, I will probably drop Mobile Help in favor of the alternative.

My daughter is the one that decided I should have one and she did some research before getting it. I haven't really had to use it, but when I had to contact customer service they were very rude. I've also given up on wearing the one that automatically detects your fall because it keeps going off.
