Response time is wonderful. Responders r polite & helpful. Plastic band on wrist alert is a cheap, ugly piece of junk. Won't stay fastened. Very poor design. Needs to be a sturdy waterproof metal band. Don't like it!!!

Would have given 5 stars but for fact that their GPS device is a separate component, easily left behind by seniors when leaving their homes/apts. Other services offer a necklace with the alert button and GPS as one unit.
