It's peace of mind, not just for us but for my mom as well should something happen while we're away from the house. They have two devices, the wrist and the necklace, and my mom uses the wrist one for the most part. It easy for her. Customer service has been able to answer all of our questions. They've been able to help us understand the things that we needed to understand but more importantly they help my mom understand in case of an emergency. They were patient and they were kind.

It is peace of mind that I have it. It works but it looks cheap. For something that you have to have on all the time it doesn't look very substantial. I feel that is a bit expensive. Customer support was very helpful and they stayed online until everything was activated and when I had a problem with one of the items, they sent me another one to replace it.

I've looked at several and I even tried one out and it had to what I wanted. I wear the pendant pretty much all the time even in the shower or when I sleep one around the house. It's very handy but if I'm out in the yard or something there is no way for me to talk to anybody unless I'm in the same room as the base. When I accidentally hit it one time, they were right on the money screaming out my name and stuff and even though I was in another room I could hear it. When the power went out in my house a couple weeks ago the alarm went off and that's how I knew my power was out.

I wasn't able to go shopping or to the grocery store because I was afraid to leave my husband but now I have that peace of mind and I can shop now and enjoy it. He has the necklace he always wears. I would recommend it to anyone who is a caretaker. I have friends who have other systems and they don't have the confidence that I feel about leaving their family. I feel like it is the best. Customer support has always been able to answer my question and just be there when I get them.

It was for my mother and she used it last Friday night. She was ill and she pushed the button and the operator came on and called the paramedics and myself. Any time the device is pressed either accidentally or on purpose, it's been answered very quickly and the operator is easy to understand and very courteous except when the paramedics got to her house the operator did not explain them how the lock box worked and they were ready to kick in the door.

The customer service answered all my questions. The device is easy to wear and it's not a problem to carry it with me. The people are always courteous and helpful. I did have one controversy. I was told that I would get a twenty five dollar gift card for recommending them and they never got around to giving it, but it was fine and they said they would indeed honor that.

We gave it to my father, but he used it twice when he fell and he was able to contact them. They were able to contact us and I was able to go out and help him. They delivered everything they said they would and the equipment works flawlessly. The set up was very easy. There were no issues with that whatsoever. Since then, I've returned it because my father's passed away but it was very easy to return. Everyone we talked to on the phone was very nice.

I saw it advertised someplace and I bought it. I have been satisfied. It is convenient. I know you are supposed to do a test, but I don't know how often and nobody has called me on it. They charged me for a warranty and something else I didn't authorize, they just went to the account and took the money, but when i called they did credit the money back to me. It is expensive.

I liked the price and the courtesy of the representative that we spoke to with our questions. They are good with efficiency and accuracy in answering your questions and supplying us with knowledge. When I was setting up the device and doing checks, I called the number provided and the representative walked me through the whole thing. And then we called another number to check on it to make sure everything was working properly and the representative was wonderful. The guy we talked to when we were doing research were super helpful. He talked with me and my sister and explained everything to both of us individually. He was just really great. He gave us the information we needed without pushing or anything and answered all of our questions.

When I called, they would answer all my questions and even when I told them I was still investigating and so forth, they never pressured me to buy anything. The charger works and everything works as described. I think it's a good idea to get at least a twenty four hour battery because then you can strap it on and you can go about your business and leave the house and not worry. When I first got the device you do this testing of calling in and it was a very quick response.

It accidentally went off one night when I was shopping and the person came on right away and asked if I needed help and I said no it was an accident but is really good to have because the fallen several times as a senior before I had the medical guardian and so now I'm more confident since I live alone. I like it because its small and the device is not too large. I like the ability to pay every three months or a year or every month I think it's nice to have the option I pay mine quarterly.

A friend referred me, and I looked it a couple of others. I called the major one they how with me put on the phone and that was one reason I didn't go with them as soon as I made in query. This one must have called me five times a day for two weeks the whole medical garden didn't do that so I was pleased with that. When I tested it they've responded very quickly.

Doing my research, it met the that most of my needs to help with safety and protection for my mom so that's why I went with them. They are extremely easy to use, lightweight, durable, water resistant, and blend with her attire so it's easy to keep them on. With the initial receiving of the device and set up, customer service was extremely helpful went over every step of the process with me and reassured that everything was in working order and such.

I know that they are there when I need him and I know I get feedback if I need help. I know that if call them or push my buttons they were answer me. I know if I fall on the outside of my house it's still working and I could call them from my cell phone and still get them. It works pretty good, I have bumped a couple of times and they have called me. I saw it on a television commercial and my family thought that I did it once since I live alone.

My husband and I have never needed to use it but we have checked in for the monthly call in to make sure it's working and it's always working, so far we have not had an emergency. They answer immediately when we have either accidentally hit it or download on the regular check that they like us to do every month. Their responses very speedy and very thorough.

When I researched, they were ranked number one on Consumer's so that why I chose it. I trust them, and I want to be involved with them. I've already recommended it to friends. It's an easy device and it works really well. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I've never had to use the other than the test that I haven't had it that long couple months that's it. Every time I requested test of it, they were there to help me. I paid for the whole year and they gave me an extra month because it took a while to get the materials to make.

They're courteous and on top of things. They got right back to me and they've taken care of everything that I've asked for. I had a little bit of a hard time understanding on their phone connection. I think there are a few little technical problems with the device or speaker because if a person was down the hall they probably couldn't understand what they were saying because there is a little bit of distortion in the speaker. The unit is easy to set up and easy to use.

Haven't needed this service yet - thank goodness! - but I did accidently hit my bracelet on something and it triggered a call. My phone rang but the number was from Boca Raton, FL, so I assumed it was a robo call and did not answer. Thus, the fire dept and EMTs showed up at my house, surprising me. Wish Medical Guardian had given me the phone numbers - or at least told me where the call would be coming from - so I would have answered it.

It seems like they do care for the customer in particular situations and work with you to the best of their ability. The customer service knows which device will work or may not work for the customer. The salesperson I talked to in the beginning walked through every step and he has us in mind and really put forth effort and making sure that he was selling us exactly what we needed.

She's had to use it once and somebody came on line and talked to her and sent an ambulance so it works very smoothly and then they called me right after so I was notified what was going on. Everyone has been on the ball. They kind of goofed up some emails and phone numbers and I ended up having to make a few calls so I was a bit discouraged at first but once I got the system, it was fine and they're always very kind to me. The device should have an external speaker or something in a different room for these old people because unless you're pretty close they can't hear you.

I installed the device and then not three hours later my mom feel and broke her hip so she used the device to call for an ambulance and it came and she got the help she needed. I got the alert from the customer support. They were very helpful and watching the trouble steps when doing a test. I was notified within five minutes of everything happening. It functions exactly as intended. The set up was very easy and it was quick and painless.

I did have to use it once and it was right after I set it up so I wasn't sure really what to do. I was the one that was ill and my husband didn't know much about it. So I tried to call and the ambulance showed up and I was so glad to see that. I got an immediate response. I had one of the pendants that they sent that did not work and the customer support was very kind and helpful and I got it very quickly. Unfortunately I went to the hospital and didn't send the old one back right away because I wasn't at home. But no one bugged me about it and I appreciated that.

When I was setting it up, everybody from beginning to end was so helpful and walked me through everything and was very patient and very kind. Overall it was a good experience. The customer service has always been very informative. They've been very nice and very quick to respond. I like that the device is very simple and easy. They don't trigger false alarms. You actually have to push it but it's not very hard to push it.

We have had issues just trying to get it set up and going and everybody was extremely helpful and we got call backs and feedback and everything was immediately there. They were very helpful. The button was pressed and 5 EMTs were in my living room shining flashlights and I was very impressed that they had found by GPS because we had just moved from California to Kansas and I had not loaded Medical Guardian and told them where we were at. Customer service always answers and would be very courteous. I think it's very good that it can be recharged overnight and that they can talk to the person that presses the button and they can find out what's wrong.

It's very comfortable but seems gaudy. It's very noticeable, but that's good because it reminds me to be careful. I've had a good response from everybody I've dealt with. They only complaint I have is those idiots they hired. They don't speak English well and they call anywhere after 6:30 in the morning to try to get me to sign up even though I'm already a member. If it wasn't for them, everything would be perfect.

I'm not a techie and it was hard for me to get it connected, I wasn't sure if I had even made the right connection. But, one of your workers helped me with the whole process of connecting it. I had to use it once when I didn't have it on me, I had to yell to the main station and it was difficult for him to hear me because the T.V was on. But, he was finally able to hear me and called my husband and the Fire Department and they got here at the same time, he did great.

When I fell on financially hard times, I called and said I wouldn't be able to make my payments. They allowed me to make a lesser payment the following month and then adjusted everything. As for the device, I like the bracelet the best. I don't like things hanging around my neck. I like the price and being able to choose other accessories and where you can put it.

It works really well and doesn't get in the way. Although, I did once inadvertently hit the button and didn't hear it because my vacuum was on and next thing I see is the Fire Department outside of my window arriving with the Paramedics. I've called in a couple of times to test it and I always get a quick response, and that experience showed me they really do what they say they'll do.

The price is reasonable, and the response is quick. All I had to do was push the button and talk into it. It took about 45 minutes and I'm on the west coast, so I figured that was really within reason. I wish I could talk into the necklace but I can't, so I have to keep the other one around with me all the time. But, I believe they saved my life that day.

Excellent customer service. After our first call for information I asked for a call back, and they were very prompt with the arranged time. Upon receiving the device they were very helpful and stayed on the phone we were comfortable. The few times the trip activation occurred they were prompt to call and very nice. We got Medical Guardian for my father, and they have really great reviews and feedback from other customers. We tested the device when we got it and the test was very positive. My father feels happy with it. Customer service is very excellent because they're helpful and responsive. They sent the kit very quickly and I've had nothing but positive experiences with customer support. The device is simple and effective. I like that it's water resisitant, because then my father can take a bath with it on his wrist.

All the folks at Medical Guardian are so nice ! From the person I spoke to in order to purchase and the people I work with to activate the system and also monthly tests. Luckily I haven't had to use it for an emergency, but I feel so much safer since I live alone. Now I know I can get immediate medical help if needed. When we originally ordered this for my father he ended up in the hospital. I called and asked if I could suspended the service until he got home and they said yes, they put in suspension because we hadn't even taken it out of the box yet so they put it in suspension for thirty days and told me to call back. In that thirty day period someone else from the company continued to call my mom to say "you didn't set up your medical guardian". That was a little bit of frustration to my mom don't understand. I felt like there was a little bit of a lack of communication or something between the departments.

Anytime you call them they've been very pleasant very helpful the couple of times and I've been with my dad to do a test of the system they've also been very very kind and very helpful. I was going to be out of town for a week and I just called them in and switch to contact information which was very easy and then when I got back just you know called him back and they switched it back so with no hassle so that was that was good to know

We hit the button on accident and the fire department came rushing into our house. When I called them to tell them my needs, they were very thorough and answered all the questions. The equipment came within like 5-7 days, and it was easy to install. They confirmed it was set-up correctly and did a test. It has large numbers to see all the needed information. It's more than affordable and can be cancelled at any time.

My wife fell in the bathroom and the walker was right next to the door so we couldn't get in. We called the EMT squad and they couldn't think of a way to get in, so they called the fire department and they came with their equipment. They had a nurse and a CNA help me take her to the E.R and from there she went to a nursing home. They came quickly to deal with the situation and resolve the problem.

I was really thrilled that they sent a lot box for the door so that we can have a key. My husband just wears it whenever I'm not home with him. The interactive capability in the GPS really impressed me. The gentlemen that assisted me when we were getting the service was very knowledgeable and he was not pushy, he did an excellent job of describing the different types of devices and types of service packages that were available.

I try to check in monthly, and I've always been answered. Also, I once must have accidentally pushed the monitor button (I carry it in my billfold when I'm away from home), and the police found me at a meeting.. The one drawback, which I didn't realize when i ordered, is that I have to have both the wrist band and the monitor with me when I'm away from home.

I read about Medical Guardian and I thought I'd give it a try, so far it's been fine. I haven't had to use it, but I do call it once in a while to make sure everything is working. Through checking the different features this device had and the high ratings, I've decided to get Medical Guardian. If I were to fall, all I have to do is push this button and right away I get the help I need. Fortunately I've never used it, but I do know from accidental uses that they respond very quickly and it even detects when I've had a fall in the case that I can't press it. It is a bit sensitive, hope they fix it.

We got more information regarding it in the mail. We were trying to decide which medical device would be best for me since I had back surgery and I was falling a lot. When there was an incident where I fell, medical guardian was able to send help to me and put me back on my wheelchair. I decided to go with Medical Guardian because of what services they offered and everything I needed for a wristband. Like having someone alert my husband in case something happens. They also gave me a lock box so help can get inside in case of an emergency. I've accidentally pressed it before and the police came out here as well as the EMS. A friend recommended Medical Guardian to me. The reason I had to get a device like medical Guardian is that I had multiple surgeries on my back and hip. I wanted something just in case I might have an accident. I wanted protection and peace of mind. I decided to just call and get more information regarding it and everything went smoothly and connected well.
