Despite cancelling service end of July, returning equipment, supplying tracking info, calling, emailing and now being required to fax, we are still having cost taken out of our account! Now the customer service rep says she has to turn it over to investigative team! How about you return our money and own your error. I just notified bank these are UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWALS

Ordered for my elderly parents. Sales person was very nice. Priduct arrived on time but was used and never cleaned, it was very dirty. My parents wanted one bracelet and one necklace, instead they received two bracelets. I will contact our saleperson directly and see if this can be corrected.

The device was misrepresented to me. I returned it. I am now waiting to see how much of my money they will return. They will probable. Keep 3 months. Even tough I did not activate the device.. I paid for a year with the understanding ii could cancel after 3 months. But I had no idea thy would misrepresent the device I took them to be honest with me.

I was told on the phone when I ordered the system that the cost would never go up but in the terms & conditions, it says the company can annually raise the cost and I am obligated to pay the new amount! The representative has YET to call me back about this. Also, perhaps I misunderstood but the necklace is of NO value except to call for 911 since the client has to be in the same room as the mobile device in order for the operator to talk with him.

Well I'll give my opinion on my experience if I receive my return label that wasn't sent to my email as of yet. I was told the device would work in my area, but I wasn't able to connect the unit in my apartment. The person on the phone was going to email a return label and hasn't. Please send the return label to my email address.

Shipping is horrifically slow. I ordered on March 5th and today is March 23 and the order for my mom is still not here. They already charged me for the service, and yet here my mom sits without the protection. I was told I would receive a tracking email confirmation, but I also did not. Furthermore, I sent Medical Guardian an email regarding a question I had and never received a reply. Will cancel my order asap.

Representative was nice and professional. Ordered and paid 3 months in advance for a medical device on March 2, 2015, 15 days later still no device in hand. I have contacted the company several times and sent written inquiries to cancel order. Have not received a return call. Also when calling, hold times with the company are ridiculously long and then call is disconnected. Very dissatisfied with company and service.

I asked if AT&T would cover our area before making purchase. I was told that AT&T data lines could be used even though we did not have complete phone coverage. When I tried to activate the service, the operator told me that the device would not work in our area. I was told I would get credit on my credit card (90 day commitment required) when the device was returned. I confirmed my email address and said I wanted the return label emailed to me. So far, I have not received the return label. Salespersons should not misrepresent area coverage.

I had a terrible experience. I purchased this for my mom Cecelia Gregory. Received the product and didn't work and than he sold me the new device which also didn't work. Sent both back and was told I would receive full refund in 30 days. Never did after numerous calls. They said it should be in my account and they never submitted the refund. Spoke with Supervisor and will send official letter of my experience.

At this point the experience has been terrible. I purchased the system on Thursday and paid overnight delivery fee to have the unit Friday. It is now Saturday night and still no unit has arrived. I have been unable to get through to a representative on the phone to find out about the system. There is no tracking number on my confirmation payment emai either.
