Medical Guardian dropped the ball in sending the device in a timely manner. They also messed up charging us for the device. They don't seem to know what is going on. They also do not seem to be a well run organization.

The device works most of the times. They charge me $5/month as insurance in case the medical device doesn't work. This doesn't make sense to me.
