I just saw their advertisement and went with it. My husband wears it when he walks around the house. So if he were to fall while I'm not there, he could use the button to get help. Funny thing is that the device is very good at telling me when the electricity goes off.

I'm not really sure if it is the right medical company for me because when I push the button every month to test it, it takes seven or eight times. It says "the operator will be coming, the operator will be coming..." It takes so long, a person could drop over dead waiting for the operator to come on. I'm not happy with that and I wouldn't go with them again or recommend them. It shouldn't take that long. I think there's also lower-priced ones out there on the market.

My equipment arrived and I was never able to get the lock box opened. I had three different men trying to do it. I called their office, I got the information, they showed me how, and it still didn't open, so that was never used.

I thought it was a good price, like $29.95 a month, but I was misled, and we've been getting billed $40 a month for it now. When you press the button, it rings about 5 times before somebody answers.

I take care of the woman that wears this. She was by herself and I imagine she felt like she needed to have something like this in case she needed it. So far she's happy with it. She has never had to use it but I've helped her call them once a month to test it and they're pretty good. They could answer a bit quicker though.

I got it for my mother since I didn't need to have a contract to use it. She used it once when she thought she was having a heart attack. We pushed her button and it actually took over two minutes for them to answer the call. It shouldn't take them that long, especially if there's an emergency.

My kids got it for me. Whenever I'm around the house I use it but it's no good after 600 feet, to go somewhere with it, but the guy told me you don't need it when you're going somewhere, because you've always got somebody with you. When you're at home alone is when you really need it, so that's the way I use it.

I was looking online and looking for a medical alert bracelet. They were listed at the top and had very good reviews. Actually, they ended up contacting me first, so I just went along with it. The bracelet is very comfortable to wear, I use it all the time. The support I've gotten whenever I call them about things has been good too. However I have problems with the button and the alarms. They've called me in the middle of the night telling me that the alarm went off when I didn't press it. Once it happened at 12:30 at night. Luckily I answered the phone even though I didn't recognize the phone number on it. If I hadn't done that, they would've called the ambulance. I really don't know how any of the things could've gone off on their own. They haven't been able to explain those to me and because of that I'm not sure about renewing my contract anymore.

I just joined in since I liked the idea of being able to take it with me when I'm away from the house. Since I just got it I haven't tested it, so I'm making arrangements to try it out every month. I want to make sure it's working okay. On a typical day I take the thing with me when I go out but it is hard to remember to do that.

I got it because I could wear the thing around my neck, even when I went out. That way I could contact somebody if I needed to no matter where I was. I don't really like it much though. It's too big and I'd like it better if it wasn't dangling from my neck. It might be better if I could attach it to my clothing or to my waist band.

My daughter got it for me. Apparently my bracelet malfunctioned and the sent someone to my house because they thought I needed help. I had the scare of my life when I saw a man standing over my bed, I almost died of a heart attack. That has never happened again, but if I ever need help I know they'll be there. That's always a good thing.

Their advertisement made it seem like they were a little bit better suited to my husband's needs. I thought the salesman had sold me the one with the GPS, but that was not the case, so when my husband fell, nobody knew. They also didn't bother to mention that it was serviced with AT&T, and in our little community you don't get AT&T very well, so half the time it was flashing red because there was no signal. When I talked to them about it they were a little bit rude, and when we went to cancel, it took them a week and a half to get me my shipping label, which is ridiculous.

Because the button on the bracelet needs to be recessed a bit It's too easy to accidently activate, and there's no way to cancel the call, thereby taking time from the operator who could be taking legitiment calls

Good system only proble I have is when testing the pendants it takes up to 9 ' call in progress ' before a person answeres. I feel this is too long in an Emergency.
