So far I am very satisfied. I’m used to wearing it. When I leaned on button by mistake, the lady asked if I was alright. I was wondering if that was the nurse who had come in and then I realized it was the speaker on the table so I told her that it was a mistake. She was very understanding and she reset the box for me. It's a it's a relief to know that if I fall and can't get to a phone that somebody's on the alert.

I like that this device can always go with us around the house and the fact that we can take it out of the house too. My husband fell once and after we called them they came very quickly and were able to get him up and comfortable again. The people on the other line are very good and kind and the first responders that came to us were amazing. I'd recommend Medical Guardian to anybody with no hesitation.

I dislike the fact that it's heavy around my neck. I'm a small person, and the cord is very long and hits my waist. I'm always afraid I'm going to turn on the device accidentally. Other than that, I'm very happy with it. I've tested it once and the gentleman who answered talked to me right away and was very courteous. He asked me if it was just a test and I said yes. The salesman who talked to me was very helpful in telling me exactly what I needed to do before I agreed to sign up with the company.

I like everything about the device. I've never felt more secure in my life and I'm really pleased. Unfortunately, I hit the button by mistake maybe twice over the last few days but the person who called couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. I like the necklace because I have it there all the time with me. Customer support is absolutely wonderful because they're easy to talk to, very efficient, and kind.

The price for the service is very reasonable for the coverage. It allows us peace of mind since help is a push of a button away. It is very simple. We tested tit k make sure it was operating correctly and it was simple to hold down the button until it vibrated and soon someone was on the phone to ask if we needed help. They were quick to answer the phone and they were nice and polite.

The thing I like most is that I am confident now when I am by myself walking. I do fall a lot and so it assures me that I can get helpful quickly because I do not always carry my cellphone but this is always around my neck. The only thing I don’t like is the fall but other than that it is great. It has set up so the local fire department can put in a code on the door.

I wish it was a little cheaper. At forty dollars a month it is a little expensive for someone on a fixed income but my children insisted that I get it. I’ve had it for a month and so far I’ve had no problems with it. I wear it and charge it in the morning. Somebody answers right away if I press the button. The man’s voice is wonderful. He should be an actor.

Bought it for my mother in law and as a daughter in law it gives me peace of mind to know if she needs me, she can get in touch with me if there is an emergency. It has been easy for her to use because it is user friendly. We test it once a month to make sure it is still working properly. They’re extremely courteous. They ask the right questions to make sure she is okay.

This device is very convenient. I love having it hang around my neck. It's there if I need something, all I have to do is press the button and somebody is always there to answer. I've tested it several times and they are always kind when I inadvertently push the button. They are very attentive and ask pertinent questions to make sure I'm alright. She's hard of hearing and it's not very loud so if she's not in the same room with it then she can't hear what they're saying at all. She wishes that it had an option to connect with the bluetooth device or something like her phone. Everything we asked has been properly answered without any hesitation or issues. We also liked that they provided us with the lock pads for one of the doors to put their key there in case my brother and I were unavailable. That way emergency responders have a way to check on my mom.

Without recharging it, it can last several days and then you can recharge it in a relatively short amount of time, 2 to 3 hours, so you don’t have to be without your pendant much. It is worth every penny. If you need anything, they are always willing to do it. You don’t ever have to feel like you are a pain to push the button. They’re cordial and nice and polite. The response time is quick.

The few times I have contacted them they have been very responsive. There is no value on my mom. I was very concerned about her and now I am not so concerned because she is wearing the wrist band which has an alert if she falls. It has been great. Each time we test it, 3 times plus 4 times accidentally, they were very patient and kind and answered right away. The range is fantastic. It works in every location in her apartment.

I reaserched other medical devices and decided on Guardian because of other reviews and the cost. After deciding upon this company and contacting them, I received a lot of information and help from the customer service agent that I talked to. After receiving it i was able to set it up quickly. Luckily, my sister has not needed to use it, but I feel better about her being alone in her home knowing that she can get help quickly in an event of a fall or accident.

When there is problem, it is taken care of within seconds. It works very well. I never take it off. My family is very proud of me for doing that because I need to wear it. I pay for it from my mother and mother in law. It gives me peace of mind. I like knowing they can get help immediatle when they are alone during the day when I am at work. My mother in law doesn’t fully understand it. She pushed the button and they ended up calling. I am still getting her to understand how it works. They have been so kind when my mother in law does it. Worth every penny I have spent so far. I had to use it shortly after I purchased it. They were able to call the EMS here quickly, though unfortunately the lock box they gave me didn’t work so they had to find another way in but they sent me a new one which now works and did not charge me for the extra one. When I accidentally triggered it, they said it was no big deal. I am newly widowered all I live in this house alone so it is good to know if I fall, somebody is there to have my back.

Very good salesmanship, the representatives who sold me the device were very knowledgeable and to the point. They did not repeat themselves whatsoever. I felt like I knew everything I needed to know when I closed the deal. It all went smoothly. Other people go for a cheaper price but sometimes that is outweighed by poor quality. When we press the button, the operator comes on like it is supposed to. They are polite.

We’re enjoying everything, the only thing I would suggest is it needs to be a little lighter if it is possible, it is heavy around the neck. Everything else it totally positive. They are always polite and helpful. It was used about two and half weeks ago when she was really sick and was going to pass out and Medical Guardian called me immediately after calling 911. It went really smoothly.

In general, I'm quite pleased with the device. I was initially disappointed that I couldn't wear it in the shower (as promised by the sales agent on the phone), but that's not a big problem; I keep it in a plastic container on the floor outside the shower. I also realized that it was quite uncomfortable to wear on the cord around my neck, but I put it into my sports bra or into a pocket, and it's just fine. I don't realize I'm wearing it. My only real complaint was that when I tested it two weeks ago for its monthly checkup, I got a message that said my call couldn't go through. I took me quite a while to find the customer service telephone number, which SHOULD BE in large letters on the packing box and MAYBE ON THE DEVICE AS WELL. It took quite a lot of back-and-forthing before the representative and I could make my device work again. Now I've been asked to check it every week. So I did it last week, and it worked fine, but if that had been a real emergency, it would have been a disaster. The representative made a point of explaining to me, as though I were an idiot, that electronic devices sometimes have problems. Unfortunately for the company, the request for this review came right after that, so I was feeling pretty hostile, but I've gotten over that and calmed down. I'm sure this kind of thing happens with devices from all companies. I do recommend Medical Guardian, but if you do get one, post the customer service number in several obvious places.

This is easy to use, easy to set up, and it's very efficient. It works great they notified me immediately, as it was for my father. They notified me immediately and paramedics were called and the issue was resolved. They also stayed on the line. It's a little hard communicating specific requests. I've had to I have a very specific needs and it's been a little difficult to get that enacted but cutomer service is good overall.

It's a great service. I had another service prior to this and I fell a couple of times and I could not hear anyone talking, that is why I like medical guardian better. The pendant works very well. It protects my wife’s life. One time she got lost ten miles from her house and she used the device to alert me and they called me and we got her straightened out. That was very effective. I think having the GPS is the most important thing. It is good that the client can travel out of their houses. I am impressed with that.

I wish is took a longer charge, I am charging it about every five days, which I understand is normal, I just wish it would be even a couple more days. I like that there is no monitor box that I have to keep in the center of my house. Everything is self contained to the pendant. I had planned on using the bracelet but it is so ugly and big so I keep that one handy in the bedroom in case I need it at night. Also the chain irritated my neck so I put the black cord on the one around my neck. It is easy to put on and off. Once I was without power for 24 house and the battery was still working. It was comforting to know it worked that well.

A very clear explanation about your product was given me when I made my inquiry. I just wish the wrist band was not so sensitive to set off, I have stopped wearing it and only wear the neck one. I know it is important to use this is one if needed to but my great-grand son barely touched it and here they came, fire, police, ambulance, needless to say I was very embarrassed and felt bad they has to be on a false alarm.

I like the security it gives you and the peace of mind it gives you and your children. My son travels all over the country and thought I needed it so I got it to make him happy and it makes me feel safe because I do live in the country and I don’t have any access to fast help if I have a serious problem. I get around pretty good for my age, 79 years old and I hope I never have to use it but I know it is available. The company called me back when I tested it, it was wonderful.

When we first ordered it, part of the activation was to call and test it. We did it and we got an immediate response. We told them it was a test and we felt really good about using it for the future because we got a quick response. I spoke with the really nice man that helped us and walked us through the whole process. Very nice, patient young man. It works. I had to make one call and emergency personnel arrived within minutes. They didn't have my new garage code, so they had to break a window; but the company is going to make good on it. We are not sure why the new code was not transmitted. That was corrected immediately after the mishap. Mistakes happen, and I was extremely pleased by their offer to help.

Recommended Medical guardian to a couple of people who are in the apartments I live in, we’re all retired people, because I like the security of having it because I am in a wheelchair and sometimes I fall and then I don’t have anybody to help. One time in particular, I feel down and spent almost six hour on the floor so having Medical Guardian is great because it works and someone comes on right away and wants to know if I need help. The only problem I have had it they were sending me things saying my machine was not working and they had to fox it right up.

I trust Medical guardian. It gives me confidence that I will have a response in the event I have a fall or some other emergency. In at least two occasions with the past month, I have had falls where I punched the pendant and I had a response and the fire department here within about fifteen to twenty minutes. The security helps a lot, knowing help id just a press of a button away. I feel secure having it on my wrist because I had problems with my equilibrium at times and the system makes me feel more secure in the house. I haven't really have to use it but the few times that I accidentally call them, they responded well. I like that it works in the shower. It's tested quite often but I never had to use it. When I'm working at the sink I sometimes lean against it and that presses the button and they call to see if everything is alright and I just feel silly that I have to tell them I'm fine. It's compact and it works anywhere outside in addition to working inside. It's basically a good unit. I had one unfortunate test I was in another state in Utah and I though I would try make sure it works alright because I was still a new a customer of yours and I've got your attendant and I described that this was just strictly a test and that everything was alright and I was just testing it. But lo and behold you people want to head and alerted all the other people on my list and the ambulance showed up at my house in California and while I was in Utah and that cause stirred up a lot of concern with my family members that are on the phone. And I can understand why that happened because I explained very clearly I thought that this is just a test and that I was alright and why you people when they head and alerted and so here the ambulance showed up to my house in California and no no Sir. And my family members straighten it out. I don't know why that happened because the person at the other end was able to answer my questions when I talked.

It is easy to deal with. You can either put the necklace around your neck or you can put the band on your arm. I like the choice of that. I use one or the other at all times. I accidentally hit the button on the necklace and it was just a matter of a few minutes before someone answered me and wanted to know if I needed help. I said no I accidentally hit the button and she said that's quite alright I'm glad you didn't need any help.

I have tested it a couple times. They have always been pleasant and tell me what to do. I have two bracelets and a necklace. The plastic bands that come with it are uncomfortable. My daughter found another band on Amazon that's more flexible and guardian works just fine with it. I love it. I don't go without it. It has given me more freedom. I would recommend it for anyone.

The only objection I have is the cord around my neck is too long. It gets between me and the counter or the table and other things and it presses the button. I keep pushing the button when I'm doing the dishes and other things because I have a large belly. About a month ago, I fell out on our front porch and I pressed the button and they called my daughter and they called the paramedics and I went to the hospital and I was very thankful I had it. I've always gotten a response when I pushed the button accidentally and they were very good about calling my daughter when I set off the alarm.'

I spend a lot of time at home by myself and since I don't have a crystal ball to tell me what could possibly go wrong, I thought it best to err on the side of caution and get a medical alert system. I hope I never need to call for help, but I like the sense of security I feel knowing I could call for help if I needed it. This particular system is best for me because it has a long range. Whether I'm in the house or out in the yard, I'm covered.

Because of the GPS and the cell service I can go where I need to go and not have to worry. I can push the button in another state and still get a live operator and someone to get me help if I need it. I find that when I have talked to the folks at medical guardian everyone wants to make sure I'm doing well not just that I'm a client. I tested it last week. Within 10 seconds I had someone online with me.

It's a good device. I don't like caring the receiver on my belt all day. At first I had the device that notifies when you fall. The first day I had it I was on a ladder and my daughter showed up but I was fine. The second day I must have bumped it and they called it. The third day I don't know what set it off but an ambulance was in the yard. So I got rid of that because it was too sensitive.

It really surpassed my expectations. My mother had a medical alert system and she couldn't travel with it so I like the fact it travels with me if I go to the next town to see my niece and nephew. I had to use it the last several weeks because I had back surgery and the medicine they put me on was causing me to fall and when I fell I couldn't get back up. The people who got on with me were very calm and tried to calm me down and talked to me until the squad got here.

I wear it all the time during the day. No problems whatsoever. I tested it when I first got it. I hit it on the table and they called. I said sorry it was an accident and everything's fine. Very responsive and nice to work with./ Fortunately, I have only had one occasion to use the service. I accidentally hit the button at 11:30 at night; 3 very nice firemen arrived, having gotten the key from the maintenance man in my building. Though I was sorry they were disturbed, I was very pleased to see how efficient the service was. Thank you.
