It was a very easy to set up and my customer service that we received when purchasing they were very thorough and they answered questions. It's excellent. When we pushed the button it went straight through and they asked if we needed assistance and you could respond yes or no and it picked up on it quickly. We had no problems with it. The first individual we spoke with was a little bit more focused on the sale than on making sure that our needs were met, but the second individual I spoke with was super helpful and provided excellent customer service.

They've answered all my questions that I have for them and they were really good about getting it set up. They did an excellent job. I tested it and I got an answer right away so that worked well. I like the you can take it anywhere and it works. It's confusing to know when to recharge and if they could make something a little lighter that would be nice.

The person who I had been in contact with when I was purchasing it was amazing. He was very patient, he answered everything and put my mind at ease and took the time to explain everything. We had numerous phone calls before I actually purchased it and he was patient and wonderful. It's actually from my mom and I like the fact that she wears it around her neck and that is easy accessible for her.

I accidentally hit it against something and the call was answered and I had to explain it was a mistake but I'm a lot more careful than when I first got it. The lady's voice was very clear, I understood what she said, it wasn't garbled or have any static so that was that was a good thing. I didn't expect it to be quite that good. I wear it everywhere, I don't go anywhere if it's in the charger. I stay here until it charges and it charges in about two hours to give me five days to wear it.

I live in a rural area and I do have some problems with the cell phone out here, the service is very weak, but every time I've tested it, it does work. On one test, they couldn't answer the phone and something came up saying that they lost the cell phone connection but they called me back on my other phone immediately so I think that was really good and they told me that if I hadn't have answered that other phone that they would have sent some medics out. It makes me it makes me feel more comfortable when I have to leave because the one that lives with me has a fall risk and so I feel a lot better if I have to go. I hang that pendant thing around her neck so that if she does fall we'd be able to just tell.

Well it obviously works but I'm not real happy with the instructions that were provided up front when I received the device. I was not informed that if any of my people in my care circle received a call that they have to know the contract number in order to get information. My daughter got an alert and she didn't know the contract number and the person hung up on her and it caused her a great deal of concern. The other thing is I took my receiver off of the cradle and laid it on the counter top because it said you shouldn't leave it in there too long and I was working around the house and I thought I heard somebody say my name but I I have the TV on so I didn't pay attention to it. Apparently it was you guys calling to check on me and next thing my neighbors knew, sheriff's department called up, probably doing a wellness check, so I needed a little more information about how I'm gonna leave that thing off the cradle. So I know the thing works because obviously I'm getting responses from the fire department and the sheriff's office and whatever.

What I like about it is I trust it and that's the most important thing. If I fall down, does it really work, and a few times it got pushed by mistake, they’re right on the line really quick. The equipment has not failed, I’m an electronic engineer so I know exactly how it works so I’m probably a pretty good judge if it’s good quality. It's loud so if you’ve fallen down, you've hurt yourself, someone else in the house just listening is gonna hear it. It's very loud, which is a good thing.

It's really easy for mom to use. The operator is easy to reach, the person comes on starts talking to her little bracelet and she explains she's testing when she does and they say that's fine you have a nice day. They were easy to deal with when we bought it. It's comfortable, it's not heavy. Every time we tested they are there to answer. It works just the way it's supposed to.

It is dependable and I have much less stress because of it. I thought the device was doing something strange so I called into customer service and they transferred me immediately to who I needed to speak to and they explained what was going on that it was all okay and everything was handled very efficiently and effectively. I try to test it once a month and every time there's somebody there. They are very nice and polite and I tell him it's just to test.

I think for the device that they offer it's extremely well priced and affordable. I do feel comfortable that if there were emergency that they would they would be there to help. They were really friendly and extremely respectful. When I told them my mom was hard of hearing, they really made sure to talk loud and slow and and treated her with respect. Even though you know sometimes old people don't necessarily feel that way. It's great quality, it really works. I do like the button because it is very portable, it charges quickly and it's comfortable to wear, it has a soft band around the neck.

The only thing that I dislike is unique. The necklace part of it is too short by about two or three inches, as I have a pacemaker defibrillator and I have to staykeep it at least six inches away with my device and the cord that comes with it is not quite long enough to do that. When I first got it I had a problem with the charging unit so they sent me another one and I sent the old one back, so their service is been very good. They've always done everything when I call the service manager and they they do everything and answer any questions I want an answered.

They were very proactive in giving instructions, great experience overall so far. They answered my phone call immediately and answered all of my questions very well. It was very easy to set up. I charged it overnight, I made the phone call and the person on the other end of the line walked me through the entire process of activating the device. Very easy for my 92 year old mother to use. Everybody's been really nice about on helping me set it up and giving me the information that I need. It's my peace of mind.

Excellent company as a whole. From my experience they give pretty quick answers. I had to use it recently when I fell in my kitchen. They were on the phone before I hit the floor. I didn't push the button or anything, they were just there trying to help almost immediately. Then they called back within an hour to check again to make sure I was okay.

I would recommend them to everybody when you have problems because like I broke my hip and then I dislocated it twice so it was like our frustration was taken away because they just took over for me so that helps a lot. I used it twice and the firemen were right here and I had that lock box out there from Guardian, so they were able to get in to me because when the door was locked and that worked out wonderfully. They were right here to help me and took me to the ER.

They are easy to get a hold of and they seem very knowledgeable about their products. I haven't had to use it for a medical emergency yet, but we tested it and they answered right away. I had questions about the lock box and the customer service was very good. It was easy to set up and it and it's very easy to use and its nice that it's waterproof so she so she can wear it in the shower. We have the GPS part, so it goes with her and they know where she is if she falls.

Not too long after we got medical guardian my husband was out in the barn and he fell down and he couldn't get himself back up because he was kind of cramped into a corner so he pushed the button and they came out. They called me to tell me that they were coming and so I was out there with them while they did all their testing. Everything's been fine. It was very good.

I've tested it by accident at least five times and the girl who answered, Sally, says "Don't worry, no problem. We understand you're learning." I keep misplacing it and there isn't a tracker on it. There is comfort to know if I'm in trouble there's someone who can get me help right away. I loke that everyone that answers the phone so far has been so patient and so kind.

It's going to help protect my grandmother. We tested it just the other day and everything's been working fine on it. She has not had to use it, but she did bump at one time and they came right on the speaker and asked if she had fallen. I have had trouble downloading the app to work from my phone to keep track of the unit. It's kind of bulky and the strap that she wears around her neck kind of gave her a rash at the beginning. I like the immediate response of the dispatchers.

When I called, I had an issue with logging in and the lady fixed it immediately and helped walk me through setting it up. I have already told 3 people about Medical Guardian. My grandmother accidentally called the other day and they answered her right away and it was loud and clear enough that she could hear it and they were actually listening and asking her questions. We tested it when we first got it. And then she accidentally leaned against the table and pushed on it and they answered right away asking her name and if she was okay or if she needed help so.

When we first got the device, we tested it and they called back right away. Back in June, my mother in-law fell and* my wife and I were at a cabin up in the mountains. They couldn't get ahold of my wife so they contacted the next person available. She fell again last week and again the ambulance came right away. We like the that my mother-in-law gets a quick response whenever she contacts somebody.

The thing that I like is the flexibility that it goes anywhere with me. The thing that I don't like is the battery-charging capability- I wish it stayed charged longer. I know my paperwork said it holds a charge for five days, but it's only keeping about a 3 1/2 day charge. I have accidentally dropped it twice and instantly it said fall detected, so I had to respond to let them know it wasn't really a fall. It was nice to know that the device was working. I don't wait very long on hold when I call which to me is plus and my questions are answered.

So far I've never had to use it. I tested it one time and it worked when I tested it. Tested it by pushing the button on the front. The lights changed color and somebody came on and asked "Are you okay? or something to had effect. They got back to me right away and made sure that there was nothing wrong with me and it was just a test. It's a nice device if you have to wear something like this.

They're always there. I've always gotten a response, it's always been right there whenever I needed it. I have already recommended it. I lost the first device that I had, so I called them because I do have the insurance option and then within days they sent me the second device so I didn't have to go without it for more than about twelve hours. Excellent response, very efficient. I have no problem at all with the value for your money. At first I was a bit put off by the blinking blue light every minute or so. But I get quick responses when I push the button. It is exactly as advertised and I am happy with it.

I've had no problems with them. The girls that helped me were very informative and she walked me through everything so I understood everything about what was going on. I have already recommended them to several people. I like the security. I like that someone would be able to get to me if I didn't have my phone in my pocket. The only thing I've ever had to use it for is to test it once a month, they tell me to press the button and test it and I did and that's the only time I've had to use it. I feel more comfortable with it.

We used it last week, my brother in law went outside to get the newspaper in the morning and he fell and he hit the medical device and then they called us up. We were very pleased it worked outside. My wife fell on the floor and couldn't get up and hit the button and someone came immediately and they said that they sent medical ambulance services, I didn't need a medical ambulance I just needed a fire department to come with a couple guys who would help pick her up off the floor so they sent the fire department and we had everything resolved.

I'm very happy with it. I think it is a an excellent product for a very reasonable price.They are right on top of it when they answer quickly and they clarify the address and who it's for and that it is just protecting. They're very quick. It's all in one package, it's waterproof so you can wear and shower. It's small it's light weight and all you just press the button and the person talks right through the device instead of having a device in another room. It's all the little package very nice.

I called them one time to find out why the device was blinking red instead of blue, and they gave me the answers and direction that I needed. When I first got it, I tested it and it worked fine. And then one time I had tripped over something in the bedroom and fell and they came on and asked me if I was alright and I said yes and they said okay. The person who answered was very pleasant. I told her it was a mistake. There wasn't any need for any problems, so that resolved it. So it was a good test to make sure the thing was working. The pendant that hangs gets in the way, unless you pin it to the side or some other method. A little while ago it went off. I don't know why, I was standing near the monitor, I guess, and for some other reason it went off and it was loud enough to knock you off your feet.

The product arrived on time in good condition and was set up easily and tested. Because it blinks all the time when I ware it and is disconcerting to other people and pets, I wear it inside my clothing and backwards. When my electricity went off while travling in another state, the battery only remained charged for 23 hours, not 5 days. I akways test it when traveling by calling the dispatcher using the button to determine if they know where I am located and what the signal strength. I'm surprised that it is only moderate or fair most of the time. The dispatchers and customer service have always been pleasant and helpful. The wait time for customer seevice is too long.Fortunately, I have not had to use the service due to a fall, so I can't judge the response time for help to arrive. I am concerned that I might kot be able to reach the duspatcher fir help duringva storm dye to no verizon service because of loss of electricity and signal strength.

I like the direct communication through the device. Just recently my grandfather accidentally hit the button while he was vacuuming and the response time for medical guardian to contact the ambulance was very fast and I was very impressed. They called me multiple times because I didn't know the phone number so they left me messages on the email that they were going to automatically send first responders to go and check on my grandfather.

I like the response from the testing and the staff that backs it up and the fact that it works. I live out in the country and it it works out here. I needed one that interfaced with a satellite. So far it's great, because if I fall or something emergency people are notified and also my wife will be called. I really like it and they check in because they didn't receive our response. They've got good customer service. We tested them when we first got it. And everything went well. We just had to let them know it was a test that it wasn't an emergency. They have good customer support, I always get the answers I needed. It's worth the money.

One thing that I dislike a whole lot is that it interferes with my cell phone signal. I have the one that has the GPS on it and it definitely interferes when I have it on. I'm very satisfied with everything else about it. I accidentally hit the button on the table when they want to reach across the table, so now I wear it backwards, but the response time was immediate.

I've never had a problem with customer service and the person who set me up was extremely knowledgeable and kind and helpful. My husband just fell yesterday and the device, because it has a motion detector, went off. And immediately someone came on and asked if he was hurt and if he needed help, When he said yes they called the paramedics and then they called me. I like that it gives us a feeling of security.

Technically, the tests of the device for coverage has been effective. The staff answering the phone are very courteous and understanding, and their ability to communicate has been clear and comfortable. It appears so far that the call center is staffed with cultural Americans answering the calls. The battery life which allows twice a week charging is reasonable. The aethetics of the device is pleasing, since its a smaller size and looks attractive. The actual process of making a call makes sense. The blinking light is helpful yo know that device is working.

I like that it holds a charge for more than a day or two and that it's light and easy to wear and it doesn't interfere with any of my activities. I use the device particularly when I'm traveling, for instance if I'm away from home I like to be sure I have it. I keep that in my owners manual handy just in case I need it, but really I've found it to be easy to use and not complicated and I'm glad that I decided to buy it. I'm a senior, I'm eighty five years old and I have had falls in the past and I want to be sure the I have some kinds of resource to getting some assistance if I needit.

I'm satisfied with what I have. I wear it all the time except in bed and in the shower. I just don't know how to clean the rope that carries it.They respond immediately as far as I can tell. I fortunately have not had to use it in an emergency. I tested it twice. The first time it was fine, they answered and the second time they asked me to do it again and I said I had already tested but I followed the directions and it was I got immediate response. It's supposed to hold a charge for approximately five days. It seems to be working well.

I like the fact that I have a resource to call out if I fall or something and couldn't get to a phone. I like the necklace and I even take in the bed with me. I charge it during the early evening and, and first thing in the morning for a while so. Other than that it's ideal. I'm very pleased with it and it gives me more confidence living alone. They're just real good and get you what you need. I had a fall on March the 7th and I pushed the button and they they came on right away and sent the fire department came and then I had another fall on the 31st and the fire department came again that time because I did hit my head and it was bleeding and so just want to make sure that I didn't need to go to the hospital. The response time is just fantastic.
