It's very light weight and with the GPS you can basically go anywhere and still have coverage and protection since it's not tied to your home phone line or anything like that so I guess the portability and the weight of it wonderful. It's performing wonderfully. I test it once a month and they always come right on the line very quickly and I just tell them it is a test and they verify my location just to be sure it's working properly. They've done an outstanding job. It was a good experience.

I'm extremely pleased with it and the person I spoke to way back before I even ordered and was a big help and very professional. I tested according to the directions. And that was fine I spoke with someone very promptly and I have not had to use it. But I feel very comfortable. And secure having it when I'm by myself. I like everything about it. It came well packaged with the instructions, very simple to use extremely simple to charge. And yes it's perfect for my needs.

I like having it around my neck so that I've always feel safe because they follow up. I tested it when I had forgotten the Medical Guardian out of the shower and when I brought it in I got it wet and I tested it because I wanted to see if it was okay and it was. It makes me feel secure that I have this. I don't use the watch part of it, but I am I using the neck one but I really like it because it's it's nice to know that you always have something with you.

I really haven't used it for myself, but I'm very very protected and I'm glad I've got it and it is very important to have it in case of an emergency. I accidentally set it off and I heard someone immediately. They called me by my name and I just said I'm very sorry and I accidentally called and she says that's all right I just need to make sure you're okay at least.

My kids bought this for me so I think it's well worth well worth the money that they spent for me. There is a sense of security and safety. I just love it. I'm not scared anymore. My children don't worry about me as much either. I actually dropped it on the ground hard and it went right off and paramedics were here everything was wonderful. I live alone and I have the biggest sense of security now. I love my feeling of safety.

I like that it's readily available, but it's too expensive. My children insisted that I got it and for their peace of mind. Well is one good one is it's good. I mean it's easy, I leaned over the sink the other day and somebody came on and said is it an emergency because I had pressed on it and I said no it's not an emergency so that was good I like that feature.

When they initially sent the device out it was missing the necklace and they sent two wristbands instead of one necklace and one wristband and I called them to let them know and they mailed out a new a necklace within a day or two, so very good customer service. We tested it and it worked fine and it's easy to operate. The only problem is the button that she wears around her neck is too easy to push, when she presses something against her chest and it pushes the button that sends out a false request.

We've been pleased so far we have been blessed that we haven't had to use it in a real emergency so far so but I fell like it will perform as expected and we don't have any complaints. The response time I think it was reasonable, there was some delay but I think its reasonable. It was a good service. We tend to try it on its limits at home here and I think it's five hundred feet and i want to see how well that is true when my wife feels like getting out into the yard and walking a little bit out and so we can test the device in that way but so far I've been well pleased with it.

I'm not crazy about wearing it around my neck but I know they have a belt you know you can out it on a belt loop but I have belt loops either so I think maybe something on the wrist so would be a little better. I tested it right after I got it and they came on right away no problem at all and then I accidentally set it off when I was carrying wood because I had it under my shirt because its getting up in the wood and they came on and I just told them what was going on and they just wanted to make sure I was okay. I haven't had any problem with them or anything.

I like it because its smaller and the lanyard is doesn't hurt my neck its not as heavy so far so good. I tested it once and it was very quick it went right through and my battery I charged it five day I haven't charged it any longer I'll wait to see how long it really takes before I had to charge it but it did wait for five days. I've called back twice for different things and they are absolutely wonderful to help wonderful. I'm satisfied with it so far.

To be honest with you I think the price a little high but I realize there's a lot of things involved so I guess the price is pretty pretty reasonable. I guess I'm satisfied with it. I've never had occasion to use it I hope I don't, but if I have a case to use it I guess it'll be okay. I don't know because I've never had to use it. Now my wife had one two to three years ago before she passed away and it worked pretty good because we pushed a button and here that came the police and the ambulance and the fire department and one of your reps was able to get my wife to the hospital, unfortunately she never came home. It fell off my belt last night and then I decided it's time to charge it.

Everyone was very helpful and you know taught us to how to set it up. So far we hadn't had to use it so that's a plus I mean it. My husband has it He's wearing it and everything seems to be working you know the things signal when it needs to be charged up on the charger and other than that again we haven't had to use it. So far we think its working okay.

For the money its a little bit high the price you know but I know its necessary. I mean it is something necessary for old people like me. very very necessary I appreciate all the detail like I put a lock in my door you know with a copy of my key and give me you know security just in case something happened to me and I'm unconscious or something. It provides me a great peace of mind when I leave the house and leave my husband alone. He had a massive heart attack and I feel very comfortable leaving him alone with the device. It seems to work when we test it. It works perfectly and the women on the other end have been extremely polite and knowledgeable. They are calm even when it is not an emergency. It was very easy to set up. It was hard to attach to his wrist. It is hard for an older person with limited finger mobility.

Feel much safer with the device since I am an elderly person and I subject to a fall. I don’t have anybody else here. I have security if I fall. It will notify somebody if I am in trouble. I’ve dropped the unit and they have called me to know if I was in trouble and if I needed help. It is a pretty good service. I feel confident with the experience. I would recommend them.

I like that they answer right away. I had incident where I couldn't get out of my chair and they sent someone right away. I really don't like the watch very much. It's uncomfortable around my wrist. I don't know what they could do about that, it's just uncomfortable. But I use it every day. I mean I get up with it and I feel safer having medical guardian, I know that its there to protect me. The answer me immediately when I push the button.

I trust them. I've enjoyed working with them, they're very polite, they answer all my questions and it's just always a pleasure when I have to talk to them. I didn't have to have to use the device but I accidentally set it off and I got a response within seconds and I explained to him that I had accidentally set it off. I like very much the convenience of having an answer almost immediately, I like very much the people who have taken my calls, they were extremely polite and extremely careful and very helpful. They answer right away they took care of everything right away. It works really well, they called right away and asked if we needed any help and it worked out, we didn't so that was good it was accidentally set off. I like the fact that I can use it when I'm gone because my husband uses it and I can keep track of how he's doing. What I don't like about it is I keep it keeps disconnecting it and I wish we were in an area where we can get a good WiFi signal so we couldn't get the upgraded one.

Love that the people are quick to respond to me. I’ve used it twice. One time I fell in my living room when I was trying to put my Christmas tree up. I lost my balance and I hit my head and on shoulders and my tailbone. I live alone so if it wasn’t for Medical Guardian I don’t think I would be here now. The people who took care of me are wonderful. They had the ambulance here in no time. My daughter arrived at the same time because they contacted her. I would tell anybody to get it. It is a real life saver around your neck when you are old and can’t help yourself.

I have arthritis. I tend to fall every once in a while. I am comfortable now because I know if I fall and have any kind of emergency, someone will get me some help immediately. It is a really special thing to have. The people who give the service are very smooth and caring. They are nice. I tested it once about a week and a half after I got it, and it worked fine. It is nice not having to depend on my cell phone. I feel comfortable with the device.

When we received a call at 2am they handled the "accidental call" my Mom made very well! Because she had her sound off & couldn't hear them calling to check on her an ambulance was ordered. Thankfully when my call came in I was able to check on her & found she was fine and MG was able to call off the ambulance. We fixed the issues on our end & hope it doesn't happen again.

Medical Guardian is a very convenient form of device. It provides assurance that I can get help. They replace the units without any problems. I dropped one and it took a couple of days for a new one to came but there were no questions. I had to send the old one back. It was a good experience. I like that it is all in one piece and base unit sound quality. I used it once and the paramedics came and took care of the problem.

As soon as I press the button, I get offered any help I need. I feel safe. Sometimes it get accidentally turned and someone came on quickly. I had some trouble in the beginning disconnecting it from the lanyard. I called them , and a person told me to pull really hard and that didn't work so I called back and another person told me to twist it and it came right off.

I think it's very good. I've never had to use it, but testing its response is very quick and I think it would work just fine if I ever do need to use it. The size is good I think, I just got the new one, I like the smaller size and that's not going off as often as the old one did. I had an awful time with that one. I'd rate it high I haven't had that much experience with customer service to base it on.

It gives me a feeling of safety because I fall frequently and I'm old enough to know that that's dangerous. I like the fact that the operator asked twice If I'm all right and that I don't don't need any help so I understand. I would say it's top notch, I haven't had to use it but I have accidentally bumped it or fallen but wasn't hurt and I didn't realize it had gone off and so an ambulance shows up and I'm wondering who they are here for and then they knock on my door. Knowing how quick they are is very reassuring.

It works really well with my father in law, it was easy to use, he was eighty seven and it did very well for us. We were very pleased with the device in the company its services worked very well for us and I would highly recommend it to anybody. Guardian was always there when the device went off, by accident on purpose, and they were very helpful with any questions. My father in law fell in his house he had additional response for him and someone helped him.

It's easy for my mother to use. Guardian gives my mother a lot of peace of mind knowing it's there even in the shower and when she feels like she can't reach anyone she has the Medical Guardian. So even though we don't leave her alone she still was nervous about someone not being available all the time so this gave her that peace of mind. We've tested it a few times and each time it doesn't take too long for the operator to respond and ask you know how things are off the list of questions they ask but each time it was a test, we've never had to use it in a true emergency.

Everybody was concerned when we used the medical alert device. They were also nice. I am here myself since my husband passed a couple of months ago so this gives me security if something happens. I am glad to have it. There are some that are cheaper but I think it is worth the value because you get a bracelet and a necklace and a lock on the door so the fire or police departments don’t have to break down the door.

It was a very easy device to get set up. When we tested it, the gentleman who answered was very cool and calm. He reassured us we'd done the right thing and that he'd reset the instrument for the next time we test it or need to use it. I wish there were some stations that were big enough to cover my entire house because I can't be very far from the main for it to work.

I got my device for Christmas and haven't had any problems with it. One time I accidentally pressed something and they called me to see if I was okay. I love having the sense of comfort knowing that I have it. One thing I'm self conscious about is taking it out and about. It has a flashing blue light and I don't know whether to hide it under my clothes or something because I don't like that it will be seen by others.

Nice looking and not obtrusive, the device is something I can wear inside or outside underneath my top. I wear it in the shower. The representatives are very professional and it is easy to fix things. I think it's important that the customer service representatives know when they're dealing with elderly people or disabled people that they need to give them a chance to say what they have to say and ask the questions that can be answered and they were very good at that.

Well they're very reliable every time. I live in a place where the telephone reception is not great and so I tested it several times at all hours of the day and night and I tested in every room in the house and every time I tested it I got a a very prompt response from the company and it was very well done, I thought. I think it's it's a very good system with the exception that if you fall and lose consciousness, I'm not sure it set off the alarm unless you fell in a certain way. There is one problem that I was actually going to call the company and tell them about it and that is the following: It's supposed to protect the patient. If I should fall down, that should trigger the system. The problem is that if you fall on your back or fall on your side, it will not activate the mechanism. You've got to fall on your stomach. If the floors are hard, it'll set it off, but if you fall on the carpet, chances are not good that it is going to get set off.

I like knowing that I could get help immediately if I need it. It works. We feel really safe with it, it's easy. When we tested it, it worked fine. They called immediately the couple of times we did it accidentally, and we're really impressed with it. Well it gives me peace of mind knowing that if I fall I'm gonna be able to get help. I live by myself and it's it's nice to know that if I fall, even if I was unconscious, somebody would check on me and know where I was. When I called to test it, I asked if they knew where I was and they told me exactly where I was so I know that even if I was not able to talk they would be able send help to where I was. It's a great comfort to me.

I dislike how big it is, it's a necklace with GPS and I wish it was smaller. I purchased this device for my mother, and their customer service was very intuitive when I explained my situation and my mom's needs and they recommended products that met those needs. They really went above and beyond. I tested it this morning after charging it and it was great it calls the dispatcher very quickly and I could hear her clearly and she could hear me clearly.

I used it for a short period of time for my sister who was on hospice and it gave me peace of mind knowing if for some reason she had to be alone that there was a way of her being able to get help so that really gave me peace of mind. We had to used it one time when she fell and that it worked out well. Support was just very compassionate and knowledgeable and explained things calmly so she could understand it, even if she was under a lot of stress. She felt well taken care of. It was a necessary thing at the time, at it worked out really well--it was very responsive and good.

Well it's dependable. I was in my car, I put on my seat belt and was checking my feet to see if they were in the right place and it went off so it's very sensitive. I just told the person that called or answered that I was okay and the customer service rep was very concerned, so I can tell that it's very dependable and it's good. When we were initially looking up the system, they were very responsive to us and answered all our questions and followed up with me. We did the test fine, the operators are very nice and very responsive. My mom has no problems hearing them which is a good thing--that was a concern of ours--and everything is handled very professionally and they speak loud enough that she could hear. It's a very good product, it's very easy for my mother to use even with the with the charging because of the accessibility of it for her. It just really eases her mind when she's alone.

After having MG for only a few months, I fell sideways off of a step stool and heard the bones in my ankle crack. I couldn’t move. I connected with a MG operator who sent the EMTs to my house. They rushed me to the hospital with all the bones in my ankle needing to be relocated (first surgery) and then pinned (second surgery). I can just now walk on it. Who knows how long I would have been on the floor in terrible pain. MG saved me!!
