It is not perfect but it is sufficient for what I need. I would probably recommend it. I think the wrist bracelet it a little big and gaudy but other than that everything it fine.

It worked fine when we tested it. I got a couple of letters saying they didn't get the information on the paper work and they spelled my name wrong and I corrected it and they didn't and I had to call them but other than that I have not used customer support.

It is really expensive. I don't like that I have to wear the necklace, it is so sensitive, I can roll over and it goes off but that is the most annoying thing. It can be a scary situation. Customer service is responsive.

Granted I cannot rate the unit/company on use and response in cases of emergencies. I did not have the opportunity . nity to activate the unit. Due to unfortunate circumstances, my mother no longer needed the unit. When I called to return the unit, I was surprisingly informed, that I would still have to pay for the two months I had the unit, even though I did not activate the unit. Apparently, this is mentioned in the Agreement that I don't recall receiving and is very difficult to view on the website. The company does not make this information easily accessible. It's unfortunate that I have to pay for a service I didn't activate. I feel, a reputable company would have such considerations especially since the population they typically serve, is a vulnerable, elderly population.

My bedroom is upstairs, and the box is downstairs. The answering person cannot hear me when i have done a trial. I haven't had to use your product yet... and hopefully won't have an emergency. But i feel safer with the button close to me when i am in the house. doesn't work outside or in the garage

Haven't had it very long and never used yet in an emergency. My only complaint is the two rubber straps on the watch do not hold the end of the strap firmly enough so it slips out. I trimmed the end, but it still doesn't hold it. I'm using a rubber band.

I did have an emergency and I pushed the button and the gal on the other end answered and wanted to know what was wrong. I was laying on the floor and I said "call my son" and it turns out she did not have my son's number - I gave it to the company when I signed up and that was really a problem.

With one of the pendants I wear around the house the plastic sticks to my skin, but that's the only complaint I have. I test it once a month and like the feeling of security.
