It only takes a few minutes for EMS to get there. I thought they would answer after one ring, but it took 3 rings when I called. The bracelet device is not too bulky and the light tells you if it is working or not.

I had a very poor experience when I started out with them because they over charged me and it took a couple of weeks to get that straightened up. Also, I don't like the cord that come it comes with, it looks terrible around my neck.

I think the system would benefit from being unlimited in where it can work. Ie if I am away from home and I fall or have an event it would be nice to be able to just press it and be able to talk to someone.

I've only used customer service once when I first had to sign up and they were very nice. They were activating the account and then I kept getting calls and emails a couple months later asking me why I haven't sent in paperwork. I thought I did and then I went over it over the phone with them. It's kind of disappointing so I don't think they gave enough information.
