They seem to be a good support for a single person with walking difficulty who lives independently to have a connection for aid assistance if necessary on a price I can manage. They have been understanding in the times that I have accidentally set off my unit too. It's reassuring to have it.

Service is poor! I made a shoulder-high test long back but the result was not communicated for a long time. The package did not include any LOCKBOX. No response about this missing LOCKBOX for weeks even after reminders. Even after repeated reminders, the LOCKBOX was mailed only by GROUND! The LOCKBOX did not fit my door handle but no response from MobileHelp! I had to arrange myself a SHURLOCK to make your LOCKBOX fit in my door handle.

I think the GPS should NOT be an additional option with cost. The advertisment shows people falling in parks away from home, and states NOTHING additional cost for needing to leave home, because 0.20 miles means you cannot leave your home without additional equipment. I do feel safer with Life Alert, I just didnt budget fot the addition cost on my budget.

I activated this about an hour ago and I am being refused to get this cancelled and refunded. Can't hear rep when doing the test in the farthest room and grandma is very weak and can't press the button. I was denied and rep was very rude..called back again and waiting for second rep to figure this out.

While LifeAlert is a strong name in the medical fall alert industry, consumers seem to love their experiences with MobileHelp much more as evidenced by both the number of reviews and the star ratings of those reviews. That said in all fairness to Life Alert BestCompany does not have a partnership with Life Alert where we help them get more reviews and we do in fact have such a relationship with MobileHelp.
