The lanyard kept breaking or falling apart. I had to recharge every three days at least. The charging unit cord is too short. I learned that I did not have fall alert until I fell, but was able to get up on my own. I'm looking for another company.

So far 2 of the emergency devices have not worked properly - either not auto-responding to falls nearly consistently enough - and the charge indicator is also not reliable. The device is supposed to blink to indicate that it’s charged - blinker doesn’t seem to work. We’re waiting on the 3rd one to be sent right now, but we would expect higher reliability for these emergency devices. The most recent emergency call was re-routing twice before action was taken.

Great in all respects. Obviously some can't read or understand or do not ask pertinent questions. Few false alerts caused by situational uses by my mom. Have had the system for 4 years and would prefer the false alarm to missed real alarm situations. This has never happened. Alarm battery and fob maintenance never an issue and they alert me to system maintenance. Fob emergency alert never has failed. Expense off set by benefit. ADT always pro active and has exceeded my expectation. I use Smart Alert for in house monitoring and pager with motion detector.

The guy that came up to my house to sell me ADT was not wearing a mask! In the middle of a pandemic, with our area having a local surge! He had been to several houses in the same day and did not have a mask to be seen on his person. How are you going to sell me security while you come up to MY PORCH and endanger myself and my family?
