Too sensitive, you don't even have to fall, you just have to move faster and they call to make sure you haven't fallen. When I test it, everything was great.

The button is so sensitive that I accidently set it off unknowingly, then have trouble cancelling it. I wish it had some kind of key to sessen the touch it takes to set it off.

The device goes off on accident, and seems unreliable. The paramedics don't know the code to the lock on my door that MobileHelp gave me. I had to call 911 for an emergency, MobileHelp didn't help me.
