The fall detection pendant goes off when the person has not fallen or activated. While we receive text messages when an alarm goes off it should state the name. I get calls for a couple family members.

Keeps initialization false alarms when wearing andnd not wearing fall button. Impossible to get thru to tech support or billing. Need to drop fall button coverage as unreliable

The product does not wok well in my assisted living facility. It has a limited range. That was not clear in the all the specs I got for it. They provided me with a lot of details. They are not available over the weekend. The pendant is also very sensitive. Even when I set it down, it signals that I have fallen.
