One can't tell how much charge is left. Nor does it indicate if it is done charging. The fall detection sensor rarely detects falls accurately.

Equipment failures common, slow replacement, incorrect information from customer service. Poor connections and repeated failure of tests of equipment. There has to be others a lot better.
