Everything was great except for l really wanted10000.00 and was not told of the fees you charge so when i tried to get the full amount i had trouble and it was a hassle so i just took the lower amount only one rep. Said she could get it done but never could get her back

The loan process was really fast, no gimmicks, no games or confusion. I received great customer service when I called to ask a question. I was a bit hesitant initially because I honestly believed they would give me the run around or even deny me after being pre-approved! The rate is a little high, but it works for what I need to do right now.

The application process is very easy and quick as is the receipt of the loan proceeds. You have no choice other than to have payments debited directly from a Bank account. You can pay extra but it has to be exact payment amounts. I would prefer to be able to pay any additional amount in excess of a payment that I would like.

It was quick and easy however the final details changed a bit. The estimated first payment date on the agreement was 7/1, when it was finally approved and funded it said 6/22, a full 9 days earlier. I understand the first one was just an estimate but with people who try to budget their money they could be given an option to accept and continue if the first payment date changes by more than a week. Otherwise the experience was great.

The process was fast for me. I sent in the paperwork (paystub, etc.) the same day that I applied for the loan. I was approved and funded in less than a week including the direct deposit to my bank account. Yes, my loan fee was high because of my low credit score but I can now pay off the high interest credit cards and pay one place.

Received $40,000 directly in my checking account less than 48 hours later. Rates were exceptionally fair at 4.33% for 36 months with a 0.99% origination fee. Could not have been easier. Totally satisfied.
