I was upfront of my income and what I could prove. The first person said everything would be ok. Then I followed up on my status and it was not ok. I had to go throw the approval paperwork again. It would be nice if they where more complete upfront. They where all still great to work with.

My experience with Best Egg is that it was relatively easy. I did not get the amount I requested so now I must revise my financial planning. Delivery process was good and customer service was ok given that I applied on a weekend. I didn't like the billing options because I felt I was being forced to accept automatic payments. The implied threat of being assessed $7.oo is simply unprofessional. That's why I gave you a rating of 7 instead of 8. I lowered it to 7 because of that.
