Everything was great except for l really wanted10000.00 and was not told of the fees you charge so when i tried to get the full amount i had trouble and it was a hassle so i just took the lower amount only one rep. Said she could get it done but never could get her back

I was a bit hesitant initially because I honestly believed they would give me the run around or even deny me after being pre-approved! The application process is very easy and quick as is the receipt of the loan proceeds. You have no choice other than to have payments debited directly from a Bank account. You can pay extra but it has to be exact payment amounts. I would prefer to be able to pay any additional amount in excess of a payment that I would like.

It was quick and easy however the final details changed a bit. The estimated first payment date on the agreement was 7/1, when it was finally approved and funded it said 6/22, a full 9 days earlier. I understand the first one was just an estimate but with people who try to budget their money they could be given an option to accept and continue if the first payment date changes by more than a week. Otherwise the experience was great.
