I don't like your billing process. I don't have enough flexibility in scheduling or making payments myself. Also I'm not receiving monthly emails regarding my statements. They are not consistent. I received one this month. I have to go into the account monthly to keep up with the payments.

Everything went as expected, i would have rated your company a 10. The only thing that could have been done different is that instead of mailing out checks to creditors, to deposit the money in my account. I will have to maybe make two more payments if the checks that are suppose to go out in two weeks are late. If whomever was in charge to pay them out would have contacted me i would let them know i have payment access to all my accounts to be payed off.

Jermaine Jordan was extremely helpful & completed approval & loan in less than 24 hrs. Easiest loan we ever received. I rated the company a 9 because of the interest rate. The advertising shows a much lower rate, but upon receiving docs I was shocked at the rate. I will try to pay off early to maybe save a little in costs. I've read the other reviews and find that if one needs a loan and can't get it any place else.........thus the high interest rate, but it got approved.

I noticed that Achieve does not report to credit agencies. I have religiously paid on time and this should be reflected on my credit report but it does not. Also, because of my "great" payment history I would be eligible for a new rate, ONLY after they did another hard hit on my credit report and appraisal on my home. Humm... In the process of going through a Credit Union for a better rate. Should have gone with Take Charge America. Way better for debt consolidation.

Quick and easy application process. I dont like that I have no idea of the progress of the funding to my payoff accounts on my loan dashboard. It's been since 6/23 and as of 7/5 I still dont see any if my accounts paid off. At the same time, my loan balance us rising quickly with interest each day. Makes me nervous, where's my money?
