Had a great experience, just a little slow to pay off creditors. It took 2 weeks to pay off the creditors. I feel there should be a quicker way to make payments with all of the advanced technology. However, that being said the experience was great overall. Great customer service and response time.

so far I haven't seen any concerns, I dealt with a pretty well informed person and I'm so far satisfied, and I hope everything goes okay, and I'm out of debt within the two years as promised. This is a good thing for lower income people to help them get ahead in their life and not get bogged down by creditors.

Not as easy as some to apply and getting approved takes several extra additions to application. Slow to apply funds after loan is approved but customer service is easy to connect with and quickly provides answers to questions and issues.

The entire process from beginning to end was very simple to do. The representative made me feel very comfortable, as sometimes getting a loan can be daunting for some. He allowed me to ask questions, and had answers for all of them. This loan option is a good one for anyone trying to rebuild credit after a bad situation. Thank you so much!

my loan officer Steven D was great to work with but the under writers a different story provided all documents and because my name wasn't on my pay stub and my bank statements online didn't show my pay roll check just showed deposit and they didn't even like my W2 form showing them who I was so very frustrating Company I worked for had to call and tell them more info so they believed I work there ugh I would give under writing a 1 and Steven would get 5 stars*****
