my loan officer Steven D was great to work with but the under writers a different story provided all documents and because my name wasn't on my pay stub and my bank statements online didn't show my pay roll check just showed deposit and they didn't even like my W2 form showing them who I was so very frustrating Company I worked for had to call and tell them more info so they believed I work there ugh I would give under writing a 1 and Steven would get 5 stars*****

I had no problem getting my loan from FreedomPlus or setting up my automatic withdrawal payments. My complaint is that EVERY time I try to log in to my account I'm blocked with reasons like wrong username and/or password; then I call customer service and they cannot figure out why I'm being denied access and then I have to change my password AGAIN! This is very aggravating plus inefficient!!!!

Overall it was quick and efficient. My payments were delayed because of my credit union not taking 3rd party direct but other than that I am satisfied. I do not like my payment options it is like you are forcing me to have the payment taken directly from my account with the inconvenient ways you have in place to pay otherwise plus the service charge.
