This was by the far the easiest process I have encountered when getting a loan. The whole process was as streamlined and efficient! Mariam, my loan consultant, was very patient and went through several options and explained the information in detail until we found the right loan that matched my needs. Thank you so much Mariam!!!

Our Loan representative Salvatore B did a great job explaining the process and monitoring our application process. It was a very smooth and painless process. It was definitely a positive experience in which we would recommend to others. The only negative we would have is the loan origination fee, but understand it is customary practice.

My loan consultant, Ron R. was fabulous! The process was quick, easy and painless. While there may be an origination fee (modest, in my case), the interest rate I received was nearly 5% lower than other lenders' offers. Having a direct contact with a single person is a plus.

My rep was absolutely fabulous! Brittany S. answered all of my 250 questions I had and was very professional. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered her phone every single time I called her. Answered every email I sent her in a timely manner. She made sure I understood the things she was telling me before hanging up. My loan process just finalized 1 day ago, so I'm not sure about all the other reviews I may make in the future. But so far so good as far as customer service goes. Process was pretty smooth, just needed a few necessary documents to get rolling.

I wish the website gave more information, but it was very easy to get started. All the paperwork took just over 24 hours and now I'm waiting for my credit cards to be paid off. I do like that there is a deduction of the interest rate if you're using the loan to pay off debt and if you have money saved for retirement. I'm hopeful that once I start making payments online that the website is easy to navigate. Customer service was definitely top notch! My advisor, Liz, was very informative and helpful. I'm very glad to have the huge burden of credit card debt taken off my shoulders!

My experience with Freedom Plus was superb. The loan application process was quick and simple. My loan officer Charles S was absolutely great and he walk me through the whole process. He was very accommodating. I was very nervous like the previous reviewer doing this online for the first time but everything went through smoothly. I am now waiting for my loan to be funded. I would have given a 10 but the interest rate could have been somewhat less since they charged the origination fee. Still I am grateful for them accepting my application and giving me the loan.

Excellent personal customer service!! Very reasonable rate given my credit score. I only give a 9 rather than a 10 because it would have been nice to not have to pay an origination fee, but it wasn't exorbitant. Elizabeth S was extremely pleasant to deal with and perfectly clear about the terms and implications of the various choices, and took the time to listen carefully to my situation, and the goal I wanted to achieve, and helped ensure I received every discount I was eligible for.

Ozzy L was very helpful and the process was quick and painless. My suggestion is slow down when speaking with potential customers. I would ask questions and back up, but to me when talking fast it seems like you are trying to get one over one someone. This might not be the case but it can come across that way. Over all a great experience Ozzy was very helpful and I am glad I found you online. I would recommend the company.

I don't like your billing process. I don't have enough flexibility in scheduling or making payments myself. Also I'm not receiving monthly emails regarding my statements. They are not consistent. I received one this month. I have to go into the account monthly to keep up with the payments.
