I've had Cox for years and rarely have had technical problems. When I did, it would take forever to get someone on the phone, BUT the issue was generally solved quickly once you reach a person. Also, expensive.

Speed is great. Pricing is too high not for just internet but for a service call as well. You buy the monthly insurance and you still have to pay $75 for them to come out.

Internet speed varies and it's not always constant at what our contract says. They also started charging more for the overall bill that includes phone and internet. Blamed on taxes, but that's just an excuse.

I’ve been with cox 12 + years and I e never had such horrible service until the last 2 yrs I’m fighting them in a daily basis just to be able to work from home I have the highest internet plan and haven’t changed anything and now all of a sudden I’m going over my internet and can’t get good service at all! I’m fixing to leave to go to att which is bad!

During recent storms Cox internet went down when neighbors with other providers stayed up and working. Customer service is cumbersome and frequently issues are not entirely resolved.

Used cox internet for over 10 years in NE before move to FL. It’s one of the least internet company I would recommend. We kept it just because there are no other options. It’s very expensive and the customer is the worst I ever met. They can never give you the correct information and you need to call More than 10 times for a single issue. Not recommended.

We have not had the best experience with Cox. When we got our next box, the 3rd party that was asked to put it in took a few hours! And didn’t finish. Then when we called and asked them to come back, they wouldn’t. We finally got it resolved a week later but wow! Also has the worst email service. Takes forever to delete things and keeps bringing them back even after they’ve been deleted.

Cox is a great internet service but there contracts are ridiculous I think it's crazy that after a year they jack up your monthly service charge for no reason I dnt like to overspend my money on something that I had cheaper the year before... century link is way better my internet there never stalls and I pay way less than Cox too

Cox had a bundle program for members when we first applied, but the billing was incorrect and did not reflect the bundle for internet and phone. After spending over an hour on hold to speak with a customer service representative, I was finally given the refund to reflect the bundle price.

Terrible, we were just set up with the 300 and for the past couple says my computers only get 50MBPS.. VERY FALSE ADVERTISING. NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE AN ANSWER OR KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS. UNACCEPTABLE.
