Never again will I or anyone that I know use this company. I had them come out to my sisters house after she got out of the hospital, they just left a package on the front porch, did not explain how this works. I tried to go to Fed Exp and UPS to send it back to Madison Heights, I had to drive out there myself. I do not have good eyesight. It was pure he-- and when I got there a drop box was where you put the package in. I don't see how they can be a company with no offices downriver.

Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long wait times to talk to Customer service. I have had month after month of incorrect billing. And cost of service just keeps getting higher and getting less for the cost.
