Terrible, we were just set up with the 300 and for the past couple says my computers only get 50MBPS.. VERY FALSE ADVERTISING. NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE AN ANSWER OR KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS. UNACCEPTABLE.

I had service with them over 18 years ago when I was a single bachelor. I reached out to them to compare costs and they said I had to pay a $200 balance before my NEW wife could put it in her name. The worst part of it is that amount was paid in my past bankruptcy. Also, every month your bill changes and not once did it ever go down.

Cox cable and internet are about the most expensive bill you will have to pay next to NV energy during the summer and of course rent. They are trying to charge me for router that was already in the house to begin with plus I already turned in the equipment. You will get good channels with just a antenna and stream Netflix or Hulu ect.

I switch from Cox to AT&t because every 5 minutes I had to call someone out to do something with a box or something that wasn't working right. My mother still has Cox and her system goes down at least once every 2 months.

Internet service is now almost dead-slow. They've recently upgraded their system but unless you lease a new router (or buy your own rather expensive one) you are SOL on the speed. Not happy at all.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, very high price with no great service , they have a monopoly in some areas that is why I am stuck with them, but before you sign note they make you pay a phone service that will never use $25 , they increase your price , they also dont give you great service don't sign , just find another service

Cox sets you up to pay for the premium packages by offering just one type of programming in a higher tier to get folk to select the higher cost package. Their service is no better than their competitors.

Cox has been less than helpful in our area. We do not get good service and techs can’t pinpoint why (even though we have new wiring) and their only solution is to add wires on the outside of our house (ugly and not hoa approved and more money) not ever credited for days of outage. Do not recommend.

This company is not helpful to loyal customers or provide a better service. I hate that I pay so much for my service to work half the time! The ONLY reason why I have this service is because the only other provider in my area is even worse, but the moment there's another provider my cancellation will be sent out.

We can only use Cox where I love. Our internet is horrible. We lose it several times per day. WiFi connection that is. I bought a signal booster and it's still not helping.
