I was excited about joining SmileDirect Club. I received an email confirming that my scan was approved and that I will receive my retainers soon. I was making a routine call checking on status, and was told that I can only fix the upper teeth. I never received any email explaining this change or any feedback from anyone. Terrible experience

Awful. They told me I could do a 10-hour nighttime-only treatment and then sent me alignment treatment for 22 hours a day. This won't work for my lifestyle and when I asked them to send the 10-hour treatment, they said all I could do was cancel. Now let's see if I can get my money back. TERRIBLE service once they have your money.

Brittany neglected to inform me during my appointment that there is a $250 deposit up front. For an otherwise enthusiastic client so clearly focused on budget, this was a conscious decision and showed lack of integrity for a salesperson.

Not impressed..... not sure why I am paying full price when I have zero change in my bottom teeth and my tops are minimal, only 4 months wear time. Price should be based on number of aligners not one price no matter what. Also only a 5% military discount is insulting...

I received an $18 promotional offer for the kit. I ordered it and was charged $29.50 Another promotional offer was emailed to me stating when I returned the impressions $29.50 would be returned to me ALONG with $25. Visa gift card. I have yet to receive the $25. I don’t trust smile direct club, too many lies!

I received the way my smile would look and there was absolutely no change on the bottom, which is what I wanted to correct. I didn't see anything that would justify my doing this. Please review what you sent me because the old and new smile on the bottom are identical. Very disappointed

My first set did not fix the problem. I contacted smile direct and got new impressions done. I was excited. However, ever since sending them in I have gotten the run around. Now, I am very disappointed. I am still a bit hopeful it will all work in the end.

I received two sets of aligners since the first set did was not sufficient. The second set did not help either. The aligners did not fit properly, and there was poor communication from the company. Now the company wants me to pay additional fees in order to move forward.

Stay away from this company. Customer service is good, but quality of service is very bad. Will never recommend to anyone. They care about your money and nothing else. The minute you pay, that is all. After that everything takes forever to take care of you when you have an issue,

They can straighten your teeth. If and when your order is sent to you incorrectly your going to be waiting for 8 weeks for them to replace or fix the mistakes. If you are already in the program ensure you order your retainers 8 weeks in advance. That’s how long it’s going to take for them to make them.

I made a one time 100% payment, but I did not receive my box after 5-6 weeks. Later I found out that the SmileDirectClub team just cancelled the process of creating my invisible aligner without letting me know. They told me that the payment failed, which was not true :-(

The aligners are cheaply made, uncomfortable, & break easily. When you call about your issues your concerns won’t be taken seriously. Once you ask for a refund.. please don’t even bother with thinking you’re going to get your money back because you won’t. I do not recommend AT ALL. Please buy Invisalign . Save yourself the trouble
