There is no requirement for you to make sure your teeth are healthy nor gums. There should be a requirement that a dental record is shown and everything is ok before aligners are given

Very disappointed that after doing pictures and impressions they said they couldn’t correct bottom teeth crowding but their website photos show similar crowding success stories. My Invisalign dentist says no problem.

I got my scan for the trays done in person with a doctor so I thought it would be way better than an at home impression kit. Boy was I wrong. They scan me wrong and none of my trays fit. When I tried to get help they told me to legit cut my trays. And would take weeks to respond to emails.
