Order date was almost two months ago still haven’t received aligners. I call every week and get promised I will receive in 3-5 business days. Never received them. My teeth might be shifting and the aligners won’t fit if so. If I don’t get them soon I’ll need full refund.

My first treatment set was for 3 months, it made no difference to my teeth. I sent in new impressions and it’s been two months and I have not gotten new Aligners. I called and text chatted multiple times and they keep asking me to wait one more week.

The scan sent to me showed my current teeth with a gap which I don't have then the video showed a progression of my smile after 4 mo to show that I wouldn't have a gap. Super misleading.

I have made 3 calls to Smile direct since my visit. Each time I was to receive a call back on insurance coverage. Each time I called I was told I would have a call back within 24-48 hours. I have had nothing except more emails to order more merchandise. I hope this is not the regular customer service.

Sorry, my teeth are worse! Needed braces becuz my lower teeth were cutting into my inner lip. Now 1 tooth is jutting out more and when I bite down I tear open my inner lip, hurt is more intense. The other 2 bottom crooked teeth are straighter now. Still waiting for my 2nd set of aligners. Please help!

I completed my 3D Scans one month ago on 4/27/2021 and to this day i have not received my aligners. The dentist has not even reviewed my aligners yet. Every week i call to check in and every week i get nothing. Extremely unhappy with this service @GrinChangers @smiledirectclub

This company is absolutely awful. I have never had such a worse experience with any other company. The customer service people refuse to help you. I’ve been refused a manager and even hung up on. I have been lied to and overall had a terrible experience. Please go somewhere else.
