My teeth didn't straighten entirely. I've tried call and email customer service multiple times with no calls/emails back. Very disappointed in the customer service. While my teeth are straighter... they're not straight all the way, which is very unfortunate for the cost of the product.

They say they are going to submit to your insurance but they never do. When you call them they send you a form but the insurance company will not accept it. So I am out my insurance reimbursement.

Teeth came out good , however I was never aware or told about the hidden costs of the retainer... also that the retainers only last 4-6 month and you would have to buy a new one every year at least once or twice....

They are made of a thicker plastic than your aligners, but just like your aligners they will wear over time. I was given twelve set of aligners to get my teeth straight. They are still not straight because they left out the last set in order to get my teeth straight. You did this on purpose to get more money for the impression kit or the 99 dollar aligners for more money

SDC is okay at best. I had fairly straight teeth with only one problematic tooth that I was concerned about. It did not move at all during this process and my retainers do not fit me at all.

I had one issue with it. Sometimes I would feel pain in the back of my molars. Not sure if I was doing something wrong, but the discomfort would bother for a couple hours.

I did not have a good experience. At the end of 9 months, it was recommended that I wear them 4 more months. But because of the concern of dentist, I discontinued the treatment. My dentist was concerned because my bite was so far off that my top and bottom teeth were mere hitting to the point that my teeth were chipping. It would be greatly appreciated if you would give me a refund.
