My byte experience has been fantastic! I have received fast, friendly service right from the start. I have been using the system now for three weeks and am already seeing results. i don’t review things, but..... i LOVED byte!! the team i had was always one call away and they were so nice all the time! the aligners came just as they said, it is a 6-8 week wait after impressions but that’s to be expected! everything was clean and sealed :) they did hurt the first time i wore them but so did braces, it wasn’t nearly as bad though either way i recommend

I don’t have anything horrible to say, but I have not been 100% satisfied. I needed to get my aligners replaced about halfway into my treatment, which I did not know would take 4-6 weeks also. Also, since you have to stay on the current step until the new aligners come in, I ended up misplacing one of my aligners. I was told that there was nothing they could do to replace them until my refinements come in. In addition, I did not know that although I completed 7 weeks of my original 13 week treatment plan, when I received my refinement aligners they were for another 12 weeks. I was not aware of this beforehand. However, I do give them 3 stars for the price and the short treatment plan(assuming you would be able to finish straight through), hyperbyte which helps with uncomfortably, and the byte for life guarantee that has you covered. Overall, it would be nice to have more direction and better communication, as I received my updated aligners and I’m still not 100% satisfied with how my smile is coming along or the communication either via email or on their website of the process for getting refinement aligners.

When I’m on my last week of the treatment, I was not satisfied yet, so I email them about the concerns I have, they reply me right away and send me a free kit of impressions, then once they received the impressions they went ahead and process a new set of aligners for free. I’m super satisfied with Byte.

The impressions were easy (best bet is to have someone help with this lol). The hyperbyte helps with the pressure of new trays. Half a pump of whitener goes a long way. From the beginning, they gave you a clear plan and how long it would take to get the results you wanted. Myself, I didn't want to wear the aligners during the day so I was able to choose to wear them 10 hrs a night, doubling the time, but it was worth to me. My teeth look great, they closed my gaps.

So, far I'm at 5 weeks and I can see that 2 of my teeth have come together. However, I have larger gaps to fill and it will take me a while before I see the others come together. I think the hardest part for me is the chewing because my bite has changed. The other part is changing them out and feeling the pressure of the next tray. Other than that, it truly is an experience and can't wait for the final result.
