I really like how much company kept in touch with me during the process. They emailed and text me when I had a question. They take insurance which I wasn't expecting I didn't know aligner methods took insurance. Also the whitening foam is great. Everyone seems nice and knew what they were doing.

Everything has been great but I have to do the impressions set again when I thought I was almost done with the process. I’m glad it’s covered under what I’ve paid for but still a little disappointing. However, customer service has been great. They’re always checking in to see how things are going now especially since there was the hiccup in progress.

The thing I liked most about my BYTE experience, was the friendly customer service and help over the phone. Initially, the BYTE representative told me my insurance would cover the treatment plan, but unfortunately, it did not. I am super happy with my results and it happened in only 16 weeks.
