I have not had any issues so far! I feel that maybe a weekly scan might be more efficient at speeding up the process but they are the experts so I just follow what they say. Only on step three so I cant say anything about the final result but they did say they could do it when the other company I tired first said that my teeth were too drastic for them to do anything. I do not want to name this other company but the told me when I got a scan that I would have a smile directly from home... that was a lie. Candid said they could do it and I am on track for a new smile!!

Week four and my teeth are lining up! The thing I would like to share with others considering this treatment would be prepare to brush your teeth after eating, carry floss with you at all times and use a month wash that treats dry mouth (as needed).

I like that the aligners are unnoticeable and after a few days of wearing them you barely notice them on your teeth only thing I suggest is once you get to your last Aligner that it be replaced with a new one ever 6 months for a small fee

Candid was recommended to me by a friend. It was much less expensive than other similar aligner companies. The at home instruction videos were very easy to follow. I love to see my updated progress slideshow. It makes it worthwhile. My suggestion is to also have a slideshow of the slightly open mouth before and after as well.

I would not recommend. I certainly see an improvement in my teeth. The only downside is that they will not cover additional Aligners after your last tray. I was on my last tray and did not like my results after 2 weeks. I called and was told I would have to pay an additional $800 because it was passed my 30 days. And I was also told I was non compliant because I did not use the device it came with. I didn’t use it because it broke and I did not want to pay to replace it. Make sure you contact them ASAP if you have any issues. I think byte and smile direct is cheaper and had better customer service. Compared with a friends that are using other companies.

The customer service throughout the whole process has been great. I have had to go through adjustments twice now, and the staff has been very helpful with explaining each new step in the process. I have an intense case and everyone has been so helpful to get aligners on the right path. I definitely recommend Candid.

Good product, and great people. The process is a little cumbersome. Do not expect a lot of hand-holding. This is a great services for the person that takes charge of their treatment. Documentation is adequate, but many things that should be automatic (like your retainer arriving at the end of your treatment plan automatically) are not and hence, you have to own your plan. If that is the type of person you are, then this product is GREAT! I am very pleased with my outcomes now.

What I like best is the great customer service: easy to reach support and always friendly and upbeat representatives to answer my questions. I also love the convenience and ease of using this program versus dentist visits. I did find that I had to ask a lot of "how to" questions, which were easily answered or explained.

Their customer service was phenomenal! The process was very simple. Then, when I was having difficulty with my insurance company (completely unrelated), they were so patient and worked with me the entire time. In particular, Josh was spectacular! Set me up with a scan device to monitor my progress. My teeth have moved a lot and I'm happy with the results. Can't beat the price.

Candid has great customer service. Shall F was most helpful and informative. She was patient and answered all my questions. She is what you expect of a customer service representative. As far as the product, I did not enjoy the starter kit. I did not like mixing the putty which stuck to the measuring card. I did not like to have to make 5 impressions and hold them in my mouth for 3 and half min. The mouth trays and putty was too much for me and I felt like gagging most of the time. I cant imagine doing this for the next few months its too uncomfortable.

Started back in April 2020 right after a dentist cleaning. 16 trays total, on 12 right now. Overall experience... not impressed. The orthodontist notes crack me up. Is it real?!?!?!? I don't eat Breakfast or Lunch, haven't for years, so I keep my aligners in for at least 22 hours a day. EVERY note comes back "please wear you aligners 22 hours a day". I brush twice a day and floss EVERYDAY! most notes come back "teeth look great keep up the good work". Went to the dentist yesterday for a routine cleaning then went home and took my photos for the next phase. Notes come back "teeth are looking discolored. please brush and floss daily". I don't even bother readying these notes anymore. The trays are jagged and tear up my mouth, so much that I cant even talk for the first 2 days of wearing a new retainer. Contacting anyone is just a lost cause. My teeth are looking a whole lot better than from the start so with that being said, they are working.

So far, pretty good. Both times I went to the studio (initial scans, then pick-up and instruction) were extremely nice. Very kind technicians, in a calm environment. (I’m one of those folks who has a real issue with dentist-esque situations. I’ve been on my first set for a week. I drooled like a mf for the first day or two, and the edges are a bit rough, but as I recall my days of traditional braces back in my teens, this is a cakewalk.

My husband started treatment in March 2019 and seeing how his teeth have changed so much every month is amazing so I decided to try it for myself and just got mine today I hope they work as well as his did. He does have discomfort when he first puts an aligner on but it goes away with in a day or two.

I was really excited when I first started candid I was going well then my rear ent got pro longed which is fine but then it just kept getting delayed. I never once was asked to come in for a follow up especially since it kept getting delayed. I was so annoyed that I just gave up because it was taking so long and the costumer service was just bad. I’m also upset that I found out that I would have to continue to keep wearing retainers after the treatment and that was not told to me when I was starting my treatment plan. Now I’m stuck with a loan that I took out for this treatment that I’m dissatisfied with.

This is the most unorganized company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve never received a straight answer to any customer support requests I’ve made and more often than not they respond back with non-sense that has nothing to do with my request IF they even respond at all. Now that my treatment is done and my teeth are still not aligned, they’ve agreed to extend treatment and make me additional trays at no cost, which is nice of them and honors our agreement. They sent the impression kit to me but I keep getting random emails stating I should still be on several trays back? And that I need to start trimming my aligners and that trimming them will suddenly fix the 5-6 teeth that are still out of alignment? Also I get a text almost daily thanking me for the pictures I submitted to the portal... No one seems to know what’s going on over there, everyone is on a different page, and the support is truly horrible. I give them 2 stars simply because the solution DOES work and my teeth are much straighter than before I started this.

My treatment was supposed to take approx 5-6 months. I'm going into a year + now, and having to get a THIRD set of aligners. I knew this last set wasn't working over 3 months ago and called multiple times but was NOT allowed to communicate with a dentist and was told to keep on going with my current set. The first set came RIGHT away. Now that I'm trapped, the process of doing impressions/getting the aligners is closer to 2 months. People are friendly when you call but I think they are a friendly front for a VERY poor and understaffed medical/dental team. Lack of communication between client and orthodontist does NOT seem to be a good model for straightening teeth in any kind of efficient way. Maybe it's just about the profits? If they weren't significantly cheaper than other options, and I knew what I was facing going in, I would NEVER have signed up for all this.
