Unfortunately, Reliable Home Warranty's website consists of vague information. We understand that this tactic is to get consumers to call the company and speak with a representative for more details. Still, it can be highly frustrating to homeowners looking for some general information or simply comparing companies' prices. 

For example, Reliable Home Warranty states that it offers a minimal service fee. However, there is no mention of how much the service fee actually costs. Most home warranty companies disclose their service fees directly on their websites, allowing homeowners to compare companies easily.

Keep in mind that a cheaper service fee does not necessarily mean that the company is better. Many other factors should play into your decision, so make sure to look at the monthly/annual costs, coverage tiers, contract length, etc., before making a firm decision.

Additionally, there is no information on the company's website regarding how long a contract with Reliable Home Warranty lasts. Most home warranty companies have one-year contracts, but others offer month-to-month options. Since it is not on the website, you'll have to contact the company directly for this information.

Reliable Home Warranty appears to be a reliable home warranty provider that offers two protection plans with a decent amount of coverage. That said, if you want to know more about pricing, contract lengths, service fees, etc. you’ll have to put in some work and either call or contact them via email. 

The company’s claims department is available 24/7, so you won’t have to worry about when to file. Just keep in mind that if you prefer to work with a specific contractor/service technician, this company is probably not for you.

Reliable Home Warranty assigns a technician from its approved network, so you don't get much of a say on who repairs/replaces your appliances.
