My garage door opener wasn’t working and I couldn’t get straight information of I needed to get the company to set an appointment. With the limit of the air conditioning and furnace will get you nowhere. The customer service is phony.

If I were in the position to choose and buy another home warranty, I would choose another company. The support is not there. When I reached out for information on what is covered and how to access it, my phone calls were ignored.

Up until the last the encounter, they were doing pretty well. Several months ago, I needed my furnace replaced and it went fine but I couldn’t get them to pay for the bill.
