Our experience with HSA was almost completely negative. Over the course of a year we had to make four claims, each carrying a $100 deductible. Of the four claims only one was resolved, and the rest ended in us having to repair the issues due to loopholes in the contract. The contractors that they send out were not companies that I would recommend, and one carries a 1/5 star rating - but if you complain about them they inform you that they do not pay attention to outside review sources. They also utilize overseas call centers, so good luck explaining your issues to customer support.

Excellent service. My furnace died within my first 6 months of home ownership. My claim was allowed almost immediately and my furnace was repaired.

Terrible. I paid 75.00 for visit to look at refrigerator ice maker and dishwasher. Said he would order parts and never came back. Fixed ice maker myself and bought a new dishwasher. They are a scam
