Had a gas line that connects to my house leaking. It was a $2000 dollar repair. I paid 0 thanks to homeserve. They are easy to use, their reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great warranty company

I have had home serve and now had a sewer backup. Because we did not call them first they will not cover any of the very substantial cost. I have a friend who did not call immediately and they still covered part of the cost. I looked up the possible plumbers they use and they were very limited so I called the plumber who has done my plumbing work when the sewer backed up. I have therefore cancelled the ?policy.

Unfortunately our old warranty company, American Home Guardian got bought out by Homeserve Warranty. We have had nothing but excuses and issue with Homeserve. We cancelled our service contract. You do not want to do business with these con artists.
