The company is a sore spot in the warranty business, although it is relatively new... I experienced a claim that was rejected because it wasn't brand new when I bought it. Well, neither is my refrigerator, but it's covered. I was a sucker to try a new warranty company again, but now I'll just have to replace any broken appliances without any sham warranty company that promotes reliable and quick claim processing. Never again!!!
