Complete Appliance Protection, Inc (Complete Protection), founded in Kansas in 1998, is a family-operated business that offers monthly warranty programs with no deductible options and no exclusions for unknown pre-existing conditions.
Complete Protection prides itself on its customer service and has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award. If you need any assistance, or need to make a claim, the company offers 24/7 service, connecting you with a real representative instead of an automation.
Complete Protection offers four competitively-priced home warranty plans:
Each plan covers a variety of appliances and systems. Here is how each plan compares:
|Essential Plan||Advanced Plan||Comprehensive Plan||Ultimate Plan|
|Outlets and switches||✔||✔|
|Garage door opener||✔|
|Drain line stoppages||✔|
|Plumbing and electrical fixtures||✔|
It is worth noting that the Advanced, Comprehensive, and Ultimate plans offer free preventative maintenance checks.
In addition, Complete Protection offers add-on coverage options that can be added to any plan. Each item is individually priced. The following options are available:
All add-on coverage items are listed with their monthly cost, but the annual cost is simply the monthly cost multiplied by 12 months.
Unlike most industry competitors, Complete Protection pays for all covered repair costs with no service fee charged to the customer, including parts and labor.
Customers are also able to choose any licensed contractors they desire for service repairs. The company will pay up to $1,000 for each item repair within a 12-month period.
The company offers customers a reimbursement for any covered items that it determines to be unrepairable. Complete Appliance Protection publishes a detailed list on its corporate website on the exact amounts the company will pay for each replacement item. The company pays up to $500 for item replacement costs.
Complete Appliance provides coverage for any unknown pre-existing conditions, lack of maintenance, and rust on covered home appliances and systems. Unlike industry competitors, the company also provides warranty protection on the interior parts of appliances.
You can quickly and easily enroll for a Complete Protection home warranty plan on the company’s website. You simply select your plan and add-on coverage options, and provide some contact information, including your state and address.
The company does not offer coverage on certain items covered by some other similar home warranty competitors. Certain restrictions may also apply on items covered by the home warranty. According to the corporate website, the company's warranty does not cover the following items:
These items, among others, are only offered as add-on coverage.
The company does not provide a mobile app for customers. A mobile app can make it easier for customers who are away from home to file claims and make payments.

If you reside in either of the states listed above, you will need to look into other home warranty company options.
Complete Appliance Protections offers customers several home warranty options with no deductible or pre-existing condition exclusions.
