My walking partner, Nord S, has on several occasions mentioned how helpful and good Choice Home Warranty has been. He and his wife travel quite a bit and on two occasions his water pipes have burst while they were away and did considerable damage to their house. He claims that Choice not only was helpful then but on several other occasions when his appliances and roof had problems. I am not great on getting warranties. My philosophy has been, if the product is good why get a warranty? But with his convincing, I enrolled in a Choice program today. Mr. Will F was exceedingly helpful and found a plan that was affordable and advantageous to me. I hope I will be recommending my friends to Choice just as my friend recommended it to me. I called today not knowing if I could afford any kind of package. I got a hold of a guy named Rob S. He was so awesome. I told him I wanted to get the plan that covered everything. I also asked if i could take the coverage off of the things I don't have? He said yes and told me the price and I really could afford it. So he asked a few questions and after about a half hour he came up with something i could afford. I tell you he was awesome. If you want to see about getting a plan I highly recommend this company. my experince with chw was positive from beginning to end. first my call was handled immediately and the technician was dispatched following full workday or within 48 hours. the technician i believe his name was Don i hope that is correct was very professional while he diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. i was relieved because i thought it would have been a complicated and complex problem. the 2 times i have used my warranty both times it was handled professionally with very polite and competent technicians fixing the problems. i am sure i will keep this warranty active throughout my home ownership days. i am really impressed with chw and will let others know they should have it too.

I have use CHW 3 times this year (2019) and the level of services I have received has unbelievable and unheard of in the industry. The agents are EXTREMELY polite, patience and helpful. Unlike other home warranty service companies out there such as (AHS). CHW is the very BEST among the rest. CHW take what they do very seriously and take very good of their customers. I am extremely happy with CHW and plan on staying with CHW forever. After being with AHS in the past , am happy to say that CHW is a much more superior company and provide services second to none to their customers. WE LOVE YOU CHW!!

I recently used Choice Warranty because my pool pump stopped. Not a good thing in Arizona in the 110 degree heat. I reported the issue on a Sunday. An appointment was made for Tuesday. On Monday Take 10 pool services called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday between 11-3. Tuesday morning came and at 8am I received a text they were on their way. I called to tell them I won't be there. Not to worry, I left a check with a note and the work was done when I got back at 11. Steve the tech called me and explained everything. Julie at the Take 10 office was also very accommodating . I know this sounds like a testimonial for Take 10. But it's also to let people know that they have great contractors under them. So you don't have to feel like the work is going to be inferior because it's from the warranty company. I have used Choice for almost 6 years, and it has been a good move for me.

Once again, we have a problem and CHW comes through very quickly; yesterday as it got very hot, our main level AC stopped working; I called to file a claim and requested to have Premier HVAC come also this time since they did a great job on our upper level unit last year; the claims Rep said she will contact Premier to set up the service appointment; shortly, I received an email that an appointment was set up for Monday. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when Oscar with Premier HVAC called me after 1 hour and said he was on his way; shortly after, he arrived, diagnosed the problem and got the approval within minutes from CHW; thanks to CHW and Premier HVAC, our home is cool again!

We noticed that our house was getting hotter and hotter and we could hear the system running, but it wasn't putting out cold air. So we called Choice Home Warranty and right away we were taken care of, but because of my husband having knee surgery on the day the company was to come we had to have it rescheduled and the Choice Representative was very accommodating and got us rescheduled. We are very happy with making the decision of choosing Choice Home Warranty. They let you know from the beginning they will take care of your needs and you can rest assured they will do just that. I called in a warranty request for my dryer on Monday May 22nd. I had a scheduled appt that day for Friday. On Thursday the company called to cancel the appt and reschedule for a week later. this was unacceptable. I called back in and Choice rescheduled the appt with a new company for Monday between 7-11 am. At 8:30 Monday morning the owner of Reliant Appliances was at my door to fix my dryer, unfortuantly they had to order a part. She called me back within an half hour of leaving and told me the part was ordered and as soon as it comes in they will be out to fix it. This is true customer service. I am very impressed with that kind of service and I hope they are out quickly to fix it and if I have another claim to call in I have the same service as I did with this one.

WeI just purchased our warranty today. They discounted service calls right on the spot. We chose Choice Home Warranty because of their rating and because of reviews that I read. We had a bad experience with our current Home Warranty company and wanted someone that we could rely on, someone that would provide service technicians that would do things on the up and up. Choice Home Warranty provides more for $1.05 more per month than the other Home Warranty company, and we truly feel that we will get better service and a staff that will care about their customers (which is something the other company didn't do). Filed a claim on Sunday Mar 31 my washer stopped working , Choice responded by email and set up appointment for Monday by 12:30 pm . My Son then told me that the back burner of the stove stopped working , so I called Choice and they had the same appliance repair company look at the stove while he was here to check out the washer. The washer could not be repaired Choice offered a very fair price for a washer that was 18 yrs old. The parts were ordered for the stove. It is a local company doing the repairs. Great experience Choice HÖME Warranty not only emailed me but called also. Was amazed how quickly they set everything up . Much better than I expected. Very Satisfied! Pete

I was impressed with the customer service person (Kenneth)for Choice Home Warranty. My service call was placed at 11:35 pm cst. Kenneth was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took my order and gave me a claim number within minutes. Early the next morning I received a call and text from Choice telling me my claim and repairs would be processed by Tennessee Valley Handyman. I contacted the repair company, the company repairman Zachery H was very prompt in responding to repairing my washer. He came out the same day checked the washer and discovered it needed a replacement part. He placed the order for the part, and told me it would be sent to my home. I was requested to contact him when the part arrived. The part was delivered to my home the next day. I contacted Tennessee Valley Handyman, within 2 hours the repairman arrived at my home and replaced the defective part, my washer was repaired. Thanks to Choice Home Warranty and the Tennessee Valley Handyman. I am pleasantly pleased with the prompt efficient service I received from both companies. Based on my experience with Choice Home Warranty I highly recommend them.

It was so easy and seamless, I almost believed it was too good to be true. I had purchased the warranty several months ago before having any knowledge that I would be moving and renting out. As luck would have it, the new tenants were having an issue with the heating and ironically, we were having unexpected snow in this part of the region where it happens every 20 years or so. I reached out to your customer service who was very informative and helpful and before I knew it, I was getting a call from the repair service to make the appointment. They were just as helpful and supportive. Having run call centers for over 10 years with Fortune 10 company, this was maybe one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. In the 4 years i have been with Choice Hoe Warranty, I have had more claims than would have liked!! Appliance repair or replacement has been outstanding. I was not satisfied with the replacement allowance for my convection oven. When they assigned a Customer Service Specialist to my case, she was able to get me the maximum for my oven. I was very pleased. We have also used electrical and plumbing. Only once was I unhappy with the plumber they sent. I found my own plumber and replaced my shower tower myself for a small amount more than the plumber wanted me to pay in addition to the payment he was to receive from Choice. I did report him to Choice. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Well, I was very pleased. This is my second claim with a home warranty company. The other company proved worthless. This time was a wonderful experience. My garage door opener failed. Made a claim with CHW on the phone and they said they would get right on it. A day later CHW sent me an email advising that they could not get a technician to respond within a reasonable time. Therefore, they offered me the "The Reimbursement Option. I accepted the option and the next day had a technician on the job. I followed the option instructions carefully. Explained the situation to the technician. He diagnosed the problem. I called the Authorizations Department on the provided number. I explained the situation to the agent and turned the phone over to the technician. After a short chat, the tech gave the phone back to me. The agent said we were good to go. I pay the tech and CHW pays me. After subtracting the $75 fee, CHW saved me $245. Fantastic!

Home Choice warranty is amazing! When we purchased our warranty, we didn't know if we would ever need the services of Home Choice Warranty. However it gave me peace of mind. But before I knew it, I called them on two separate occasions once for a plumbing problem which they fixed immediately; and the second time was for my pool motor which went out unexpectedly. I called a local Pool Supply Company who told me that the repair would be anywhere from $350 to $450. But with my Home Choice warranty I was confident in knowing that I was only required to pay the $60 pursuant to my contract that was my maximum out-of-pocket expense. I quickly called Home Choice warranty who sent over an outstanding Pool Service Company; "Chad's Top to Bottom Pool Service Company" Chad the owner arrived on time and within the hour had my pool motor replaced. He cleaned up after himself and did an amazing job. I could not be happier and "oh by the way" my total out-of-pocket expense $60 That's a $390 savings off the highest estimate. If you're hesitating about making a decision to purchase the Home Choice Warranty rest easy. It's like putting money in your pocket. I had Choice Home Warranty on my previous home and absolutely loved them. When I purchased my new house the seller purchased a home warranty with another company. I had to cancel that policy and purchase Home Warranty out of pocket because I knew the quality that they provide. I recently had a plumbing issue and a heating issue. I called CHW for both of these problems and they responded quickly and approved the work that needed to be done. The company that they sent out was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend CHW to every person I ever meet! That is how much confidence I have in Choice!

As I called CHW to report my furnace had stopped working, I was freezing, and wasn’t looking forward to freezing another night when I was told it may take up to 24 hours. It didn’t even take an hour before Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning Solutions was scheduled, they called to set a time within the next three hours. The technician (Ryan) arrived very quickly. I was very fortunate, as Ryan is the service manager. He is the best technician ever. Our heat went out last Friday A claim was placed with Choice. Sat a Heating and Air guy came by but said I needed an electrician. The electrician could not come before Tuesday. He came on Tuesday and fixed the electrical switch that needed to be replaced and said the heating and air person needed to come back. The heating and air guy came the same day because my husband and I are senior citizens and we also had our 2 yrs old grandson with us. He worked hard to get us heat but was not able to get it working until Wednesday. The electrician called back to make sure we had heat. We were very impressed with the heating and air guy as well as the electrician. Thanks Choice.

My phone call with Damion R was perfect. He helped me understand and talked/walked me through everything. we did a three way call with my husband to also help us understand. He went over monthly and yearly perfect. He said that we wont be in a contract if we did monthly and that our payments would stay the same each year. He went over pricing and billing. He even gave us an additional 5% percent off. My dad recommended us to them and I wouldn't change our phone call or our experience. I called back to get some more information for who to call when something happens and everyone was so helpful the pointed me in the right direction to help me and answer my questions. l had been looking at different Warranty companies and was getting really disappointed. The sales pitch of most companies were unbelievable! Very pushy salesmen, no regard for my questions, and spoke so fast I could hardly understand what they were selling. I mean, they could have been selling used cars for the amount of money most were asking for a 3-year warranty. Then, a friend of mine suggested Choice. I filled out the form online and within minutes Troy W called me. Troy answered all of my questions and even gave me discounts on my age. He also told me that Choice has plenty of people to come to my house or I could pick someone I knew to do the job. I have that choice. I also have a right to cancel Choice Warranty whenever I want to. No contracts are required. Billing was very easy and we took care of it over the phone. What a beautiful man and what a great salesman. He was very professional and kind. He didn't act like he was in a hurry to sell me something. Troy wanted to make sure that I truly needed this warranty and got everything I needed at a price I could afford. Where are all the good salesmen these days? Must all be at Choice Home Warranty!

I was very impressed with the way Choice Home Warranty handled my claim. I called them on a Wednesday and they had a servicemen here the very next day. He reached his hand out to greet me and introduced himself as Adam and went right to work on my garbage disposal, it was found to be beyond repair so he went ahead and replaced it with a new one right then and there. I paid Adam with a credit card for my service/house call fee. He thanked me and was out the door in less than 15-20 minutes. On Monday, 9/10/18, I had service call for my dryer and the plumbing in the master. Both technicians called ahead like I was told - to tell me the approximate time each would arrive. The technician for the dryer did a thorough evaluation, answering all my questions as he went along. The plumber (and helper) looked at the bathroom sink in the master and did necessary adjustment so the water will now go out rapidly when I lift the rod. I am very satisfied with the politeness and professionalism of the technicians that Choice Home Warranty uses. I was having a problem with my water heater. I called CHW and within hours , they set up an appointment with a tech to have it looked at. I was not happy with the appointment, but CHW included a phone number to the company that was having the tech come out. I called the company and they were gracious enough to send a tech out on Friday instead of the following Monday because I was told by the person I spoke with who had a problem like mine and it was no fun not having hot water. The Tech showed up at about 6PM. I gave him the money for the service call and within a hour or less my water heater was up and providing my household with refreshing hot water ( you don't know what you have until you no longer have it. Our Air Conditioner stopped working on Monday evening. I put in an on-line claim asking that someone could come soon because both my wife and I are elderly and have some health problems. Although the service repair man said he did not get the urgent request, he did come at noon yesterday (Tuesday). After investigating the problem, he determined that the fan motor and fan blade needed to be replaced as well as a capacitor and time-delay switch. Choice approved the repair. He took most of the unit to his shop to make sure that the fan a parts fit and were balanced properly. The job was completed by 4:30 in the afternoon, and my cost weas only the $60 service call charge. Thanks again, Choice Home Warranty!

I was contacted by Choice Home Warranty yesterday and spoke with agent Terry. He was very informative and explained the policy coverages and exclusions. He gave me a quote with the annual premiums and my options for payment. Throughout the entire conversation he was extremely polite, helpful and very pleasant. He is certainly an asset to your organization. Having been in sales ( I was an insurance agent for over 40 years) myself, I know how important it is to treat your client with respect and to answer questions that perhaps you might not think are important, but they are important to your client. Terry was certainly a perfect representative and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had been considering a home warranty policy for some time and after speaking with this agent I did purchase the policy for an extended period when I realized I could actually "take the policy" with me if I moved to another house I purchased, or I could "transfer" the policy to the new buyer if I sold my home. Getting the policy just seemed like a win, win situation. If all customer service is as good as my experience with this agent I will indeed be a happy customer.

I had the pleasant experience of purchasing a six year program and I did it because of the professional manner Mr. Jake R handled himself. He was a true Pro. Our water heater had a leak. The technician came and sent in that it was irreparible. You denied the claim and noted it was the holding and storage tank that were the problem. Well, it was leaking so it is not covered. How do you fix an irreparible leak? I will not recommend you to anyone.
