The only thing I was disappointed with, which really isn’t about Choice Warranty, was the company they sent out said they would be here between eight and eleven and at noon they called me and said it would be between twelve and four and it wasn’t until five thirty that they came. Other than that when I sent Choice I needed something, within less than 24 hours I had a reply with an appointment set up to take care of it. They are prompt and the price is very reasonable. I do recommend them to friends.

Great customer service and the people they are sending are getting the work done quickly. I had a plumbing issue and I called them and the very next day, someone was out to fix my problem. You don’t have to wait forever. I am happy with it. It is one of the best values.

The last time I had a leak in my bathroom and they moved me to the front of the line so I didn’t have to turn the water off in my house for very long. They were there within 24 hours. Every time I need them, they are there.

So far it has been really good. They have been really good about getting people out here. Our water heater wasn’t working and they figured out what was wrong and ordered parts and came back a couple of days ago later to fix it.

Always easy to work with and quick to respond. The service is very good. Our fridge broke and hey sent out the repair person to diagnose the problem and ended paying for a new refrigerator. The cost was covered about seventy percent.

Always contact me within 24 hours and address all my issues. The time the air conditioner wasn’t working, they came out and fixed it. They always send a technician who can do the job. The two times they were unable to fix the problems because the company was not making the part, they offered me an amount of money to replace the problem.

When I call, I get immediate results. I have had them for a little over a year and I have not been disappointed. It is a good value. The people they send me are really good. The girls in the office are so sweet and accommodating. They tell me who is going to call and when they are going to call. It is nice to know.

The money I paid was great but I have been told the prices have gone up. I don’t have trouble getting a repair for anything I put a request in for. It is easy for me to put a claim in online. In a couple of hours, I can see they have contacted someone to come out and do my repairs.

We’ve had good luck with some of our service technicians but not with other. Generally they were very polite but the quality of the workmanship is not always top notch. Customer service is generally pretty responsive except they have a hard time getting vendors and contractors out in a timely manner. Overall it is useful to have a policy in place.

Customer service is pretty much on top of it. I got a quote right away. I had a problem with my AC unit on a Sunday morning and I called and someone was out the next day and is was fixed within 30 to 45 minutes. I am completely satisfied.

If they can fix it, they fix it. If they can’t fix it, the replace part of it. The people who have come to the house have been very nice and very courteous. It is a big help for us that I know I can trust the people. It did take three weeks to get a plumber.

When I filed a claim for my AC unit, they took immediate action and were at my house within 24 hour. The service man even showed up early for the appointment and was done within 15 minutes. The only criticism I have with Choice Home Warranty is they send unsolicited advertisements.

Sixty dollars is ridiculous for a service call. It used to be forty five. It is the cheapest one out there. For everything other than plumbing issues, the technician is out within 24 hours but with plumbers it is 2 or 3 days.

My issues were taken care of in a timely and courteous manner. I’ve used them on two occasions and they were very responsive. I had a plumbing issue, where three of my four bathrooms were not flushing properly and they sent out a plumber and he diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced all the toilets for a nominal service fee.

So every time I needed to use the warranty, it has been a good experience. I have probably used it three times. Customer support is very attentive and the person that came out for my LG dryer was very good and professional. It was fixed in a timely manner.

All the technicians are excellent. I’ve use the warranty twice, once foe the dishwasher and the other for the dryer. They repaired both appliances on the first visit. They have communicated with me and followed through. I had American Home Warranty before and I wasn’t happy with them and Choice offered me more.

The experience we have had with choice has been good. It was quick and easy. We had to have the roof replaced because there was damage. I filed the claim and very fast after that, the sub contractor called to fix the problem. He did very professional, good work.

Recently I was having an issue with my sink and they sent someone out to fix. I also got a new disposal and stove. I was also having a problem with my dishwasher and they said that was a separate thing so I didn’t like having to pay the $55 dollars again.

Once I realized you done really replace the appliance as you advertise, I am hesitant to recommend choice. Realistically they only give you 50% of the cost once the adjusters get involved. If I had to choose between them and American Home Shield, I would choose choice. The service is excellent. Things are handled in a timely manner and the staff is very good.

This seems to be the right company based on the research I’ve done. I have recommended them to friends. They send people out fairly quickly but the resolution is not always to my liking. For my washing machine, they sent out a technician and he collected the money but did not repair it so I contacted choice and had to fight to get a reimbursement check that I am still waiting for.

I had choice for years and then I switched to American Home Warranty and now I am back to choice, it is more economical and they respond quickly. I don’t have any trouble pertaining to policy. If they can’t do it, they compensate you. They did try to cover up that the copay was different but they went back to the regular price.
