Consumer cheating: site says replace unit if can not repair. My HVAC is not working , and they said they can not replace it because there's maximum limitation $1500. I am wondering if HVAC unit can be replaced with $1500?

Worse service possible. They delay, ignore your claim and hope you will become frustrated and just say hell with it. They loose paper, they send people out sometimes but most repair people want nothing to do with them.
