The representative lied. He said I could pay $43 monthly but charged my card the whole $480. He said it was an accident and he would fix it. Never fixed. I called back and customer service was closed.

CHW didn't like the results from the first tech they sent out so they insisted on sending a second tech resulting in more time missed from work and twice the manpower required to do the repair.
